The staff were clueless what they had to offer and really they should maybe have put up a sign to help speed up the line because it took forever to order at this fast food establishment because they didn't know what they had and had to ask each time someone tried to order an item on the menu. First time ever trying to eat at one of these Hardee's and probably the last. All their tables inside the restaurant were dirty and they were barely even full of guests so there is no reason for staff to not be able to get them cleaned and ready for more guests to utilize, To me that's all was a sign of a poorly ran establishment and company.

First time I come here all I order is one cheesy bean and rice burrito. The worker says we are cash only right now. Like come on dude it's $1. As I pull around the line. Homie at the window is paying with A CREDIT CARD. Wtf is that man. It just shows as soon as 5 or more cars pull in it's excuses to keep the line short. I got another story too about the second time I come trying to give this lazy staff another chance and be a nice guy. So I pull up and they hit me with the "we are short staffed right now so you can only order 5 items per order." BRO WHAT! That's legit unheard of. I don't care about your staff just make the burritos. If you don't have the staff don't open and I'll leave it at that. I just went home and made ramen noodles. Would of been better than a Doritos locos with a broken shell and soggy lettuce anyway.

Our order wasn't difficult but it was a little complicated. Gabe worked his magic and everything was perfect! Yes, that's what one expects every time one goes to a restaurant, fast or otherwise. It rarely happens at a service area on an interstate. I hope Gabe's boss or bosses sees this. Gabe could give a Masterclass in customer service, efficiency, professionalism, accuracy, and patience. Writing a review for a fast food place on an interstate isn't my norm but tonight was anything but normal. We'd been traveling all day in mostly lousy weather. Gabe made everything better. Thank you!!

Onion rings were tasty but $7. I got the 1/4 burger with fries special for $7.50 subbed with tater tots or home fries. Huge plate of tots but they wern't crispy so very monotonous texture. My burger was probably a 6/10 even thing needed salt/seasoning. It was on the bucket list so for us one and done. The pie and ice cream looked like a better plan.
