If you get these to go they will be cold in no time... as some of the old ones I got. The burger sat under the warmer while they made the fresh rings, so hot tomato and hot mayo, which oozed from the burger. I can handle this but unfortunately the manager... whom I observed out side smoking before I entered the store took a cash order and NEVER... washed her hands or sanitize. Even though it sits right next to the cash register, then went and handled my food. Makes me wonder if she washed them after smoking. Won't be back, not interested in incompetence making me sick. Just nasty here is all you will get. No one here is interested in serving good quality.

I'm always appreciative of good customer service. Another place in Fort Morgan (Taco John) has horrible customer service. Took a couple minutes or more so I'd hate to see this place when half or more of the car stalls are occupied. The Double Smasher disappointed my husband because the sauce overwhelmed the burger. His shake also gets low marks for looking nothing like the menu picture - more vanilla ice cream than any presence of the strawberries. Very pale, no pink to red coloring due to the limited amount of berries in it. The chicken sandwich was good.

We wasted a whole bunch of time entering orders through the app that did not work (3 out of 3 failed), even though a banner on the outside was pushing folks to use the app. "EXPERIENCE SPEED", it said. LOL! It's hard to get ketchup, napkins, or a drink refill anymore. If you order an iced coffee, about 1 out of 3 times they screw it up. It's sad, but we're basically done with this iconic American restaurant.

I never wanted a drink and definitely did not want a large, if anything. Tried talking to the lady- she was not helpful and said I asked for the largest, but then another worker who was ON HER BREAK overheard and gave us that $2 back. The lady who overcharged us honestly also always kept a positive demeanor. Side note: this was how the food came out (I took the one honey mustard dip off to show the toast specifically)
