My wife had half a rack of ribs which were quite tender. They're heavily sauced so if you prefer yours less sweet or less sticky you may want to ask if this step could be skipped but the extra sauce is good on the pile of hand cut fries the ribs come with. I haven't seen a snakebite on offer in a long time. A nice choice with tangy food & a welcome relief from the endless taps of IPA most places lean so heavily on these days. For being the apparent in-house restaurant for a hotel, whoever is designing the dishes & executing the cooking clearly cares more than one would expect.
