I've written many a good review of McDonald's, and I'd love to once again, but I'm too honest for that. The chain has gone downhill, and that's all we talked about during our visit. We wasted a whole bunch of time entering orders through the app that did not work (3 out of 3 failed), even though a banner on the outside was pushing folks to use the app. "EXPERIENCE SPEED", it said. LOL! It's hard to get ketchup, napkins, or a drink refill anymore. If you order an iced coffee, about 1 out of 3 times they screw it up. We were there waiting for our food for over 40 minutes. At some point they brought our food and gave it to the wrong customer. The customer took the food and when we confronted the manager she said that she didn't know what to do. We requested our money back and they refused twice. We finally got our money back, no apologies and no food. Most associates were in violation and food safety guidelines with their lack of aprons, uniforms, hairnets, hats. COME ON MCDONALDS DO BETTER!! There is one person here who speaks English. I ordered a coke and the syrup was out, but no one understood what I was saying. So I ordered another drink- whatever. Then as they were handing me drinks, (in the drive through) they SPILT THE DRINKS down my arm and into my car. When I asked for napkins, she threw 2 napkins at me shut the window and walked away. So I pulled up to the next window and asked for napkins, he gave me one napkin and walked away. No apology, no help just a bunch of rude fucking people. This is my first visit to a McDonalds in over a year. I was here in Ft. Morgan delivering freight from my employer and arrived too early, so decided to have breakfast. I ordered a Egg McMuffin, a plain biscuit and a large cooffee via the ordering kiosk. It was easy to use. The screen indicated I could pay at the kiosk either with app points or a credit card. I took a table sign. I went to counter to pay with my debit card. A staff person brought out my food based on the table sign I had selected. I got strawberry preserves from that person because I could not find that item on the kiosk screen. All the food was fresh & hot. I did not automatically get any plastic ware to spread the strawberry preserves on my biscuit. I requested 2 creamers & 2 Splenda to be added to my coffee. They complied. We went inside and had to do the ordering ourselves as there was no one at the register. They had an employee walking around the parking lot picking up - I guess - garbage. He would have been more helpful if he was inside helping with the order process as it looked he was more like the parking lot monitor! When we received our order (first time we saw an employee) they told us that we didn't know what kind of large fountain drink we wanted. Well - duh - I ordered on the machine & it didn't ask! The employees have to get the Coke for you as well as refills since their coke machines are not available for customers to fill or refill themselves. What is up with that? read more

If you haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time, this one is worth stopping at. We've tried it on three separate trips recently, and the food quality and service were like we wished McDs could always be. Food all three times -- sandwiches and fries -- were HOT, and the drinks had the right amount of ice. Staff -- courteous and friendly. Using the app and pick up was simple - no complaints at all, only a wish that they all could be like THIS one. read more

Just had breakfast here. McGriddle meals..... Just an overall comment on the facility. Chairs that are screwed to the floor make it impossible for the normal person get anywhere near their meal. No beverage bar, or condiments. You go to the counter and ask for a refill and get an eye roll from the worker. Probably won't be back. read more

Way too focused on drive-thru orders. We had a camper and could not go through the drive-through so we had to go into the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and we were able to order right away but then we waited about 15 to 20 minutes for our food. I watched them prepare and deliver about 15 drive-through orders while waiting. When I inquired about our order I was told they were waiting on hashbrowns. I saw them hand out hashbrowns with almost every drive-thru order so that was BS. They only started making my order once I complained. On a positive note, the food was hot and fresh. read more

Stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast. When I walked in the dining room, the person that was at the front counter made eye contact with me, and then walked away. I ordered my breakfast with their kiosk. My food was good. Coffee was hot. The dining room had a faint odor of urine, which was a little bit un appetizing. read more

Check your fries for hair Threw up immediately after finding a long black hair in my fries. I called to ask if they could make sure their employees are wearing hats/hair nets; the employee wouldn't acknowledge the situation and only offered me a remake. I haven't been to the McDonald's in a couple of years but recently when I did go they remodeled it and took away the playground with the tree. That's probably why Joel left. I used to wake up early in the morning grab a coffee with him and drop my kids off so they can play. I'd then borrow Joel's bike to cycle to work and then when lunch time hits. BAM! I'm power peddling over to go order some grub, then head back to my 9 to 5. Finally when I would get off I'd cruise back to McDonald's standing on my back pegs even though a lot of people say it's hard to do it's easy for me, I can also ride with only one hand on the handle bars. At times I would find my kids peacefully sleeping under the big tree (Sometimes I would join them if I was really tired from work). I ended up losing my kids to the state and Joel doesn't go to McDonald's anymore so I don't eat here anymore but the foods alright. read more

Went to the McDonald's drive up to purchase an ice cream cone. The cone was too small and the ice cream tasted like ice. When we asked the manager to aid us in this problem she said we would have to purchase a larger ice cream cone and pay more money. She did nothing to address the issue. We have stopped at several McDonald's for ice cream across United States. This is the only McDonald's in which we had this poor service. read more

The second I walked out of my car here I noticed two things: you can't smell the fried food when driving up and there was an overwhelming smell of manure in the parking lot. Gotta set the mood here. When driving east out of Denver there isn't much else in this area, so it's an easy on and off of the interstate. I stopped in for a drink and a rare fast food session. Truth be told, their fries are normally awesome and I had a craving. What a disappointment. The fries were undercooked, soggy and a letdown for Mc'D's. On the bright side, this location is clean and ordering/checkout is efficient and cashier was friendly. On the dark side, the place smells like rancid grease and food is less than mediocre. Management staff (outnumbering "working" staff by a ratio of 3-to-1) seemed totally focused on studying a spreadsheet in a corner booth and conversing with one another (my guess: trying to figure out why business is dropping lIke a rock) as opposed to "MBWA" (Management By Walking Around), wherein they MIGHT have discovered that most patrons were disgusted by lukewarm food and watered-down coffee. Corporate office has apparently also "whittled down" their menu, taking away choices from the customer. Bad news all the way around. Practical advice? Drive a little further (or less, depending on your direction of travel on I-76) and go to the Brush McD. read more

It just doesn't matter what time you go to this location but plan on spending a good 10 to 15 min waiting on your food. That's even if you use there app. Upon delivery of your food which is mildly warm if that has the taste that it's been sitting on the counter a good while and the grease has started to solidify. The employees at night are kids and have one speed. Slow and don't care about customer service. Began going to brush McDonald's. They have a bit more sense of urgency and the food is lot better. read more

Not just another McDonald's... This one is expensive! Everything I saw on the menu aside from the $1 /$2 menus was more expensive. Even the pumpkin pie is more expensive than the apple pie, although the menu doesn't say the price of the pumpkin pie. Also, although I've never seen this anywhere else, apparently a small shake here comes in a plastic sundae cup, not the standard small paper cup. At least the fries were warm and the pumpkin pie was made freshly. read more

It's a McDonald's folks. Don't get overly excited. Parking is somewhat limited as it's right next to a car lot in one of the entrances goes through that large car lot. They can be somewhat tricky to navigate. They operate to drive through lines, but the waits can sometimes take a very long time. They've never messed up my breakfast order but the dinner and late nights it's 50-50 if it will be correct. read more

Rudest service I've ever experienced.. we had a coupon to get by cheap and we asked for 2 value meals.. lady put them all in separate so the coupon didn't work and when we went in to fix the amount the lady with a stick up her butt told me "we didn't ask right" even when I was holding the coupon in my hand.. I don't like given reviews to fast food but this place rates the worst place in the area. I wonder where they get these workers from.. They don't speak english and the orders are never right. It's pointless to use the speaker they can never understand you and always moody people at the windows. They never check the order and just trow you whatever they see first. I ordered the double cheeseburger and small fry bundle, medium fry, and small sweet tea. When I got to the window, my order was given to the guy in front of me, and they told me I still owed $4.82.
