This Safeway is great. I pop in for my Starbucks drink every day and always make a point to say hi to Missy and smile. She works very hard as a customer service manager and has been very helpful. Jerry is a great guy and always treats everyone with respect. I always say hi to him and give him a fist bump when saying "see you later!" Great selection throughout the whole store although I wish they had a little more selection in the frozen department. Deli is great and love the fresh salads they make with salmon and chicken! They even have a wing bar where you can pick out what you want and I always get the General Tso's chicken. At the service desk lines get worked through quickly and efficiently to buy lottery tickets, do money orders, returns or anything else you need. There is even a self service lottery machine where you can get your own jackpot tickets and scratch tickets. You can validate any win up to $100 and add it to the machine to buy more scratch tickets. Crystal at the service desk is very friendly and I always make sure to say hi and ask how she is doing. At Starbucks Emily and Asianna are very friendly and I appreciate their good customer service. Some things are just ok and then you get rotten expired food that you think are ok because you used the delivery that is available on Safeway app. Then you child comes home feeling like crap and you don't know why. Then the second day I can hear my child throwing up. So going through 1 item at a time and asking what has been going on at school. Finally looking at expiration date on her snacks. Went in a couple times this week. the first time I'm buying alcohol in self check out because all the other lanes were backed up. the employee was checking an older out. I waited and waited, when she finished with him she just walked away. I'm ok with her helping him, but pay attention to the other stations. otherwise my trips in there were great. polite employees. the employees all had masks, only one, that I noticed, had it on improperly. read more

Safeway Bakery Manager, Marie, is always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Even when I forget to order donuts. That I need at 7:30 and show up at 7:15. Marie has never failed to be helpful , even though I am sure I interrupted her in a busy time. She has always put together my order with a smile . Safeway is always my go-to for grocery shopping in our small town! Great selection on the variety of food & I LOVE the savings available on the Just4U App. I have never had an issue with customer service. De'a, Debbie, Grace and Sandy are just a couple of my favorite ladies that I see on the Front End. They are always so friendly & have such good attitudes. They make customers feel welcome for sure. The Produce Manager, Avery has been a long-time favorite. He is always willing to order a product if he doesn't have what you are looking for available. The Produce Department has never looked better! Rodney in the Dairy has done such a great job and he is always willing to help as well! John and his Meat Department crew are also extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Customer Service is a BIG thing to me and these employees are always spot on with meeting my expectations! The store is always clean and tidy and I love the background music while shopping. Purchased some raw party wings for a Labor Day party that I am having. When I got home and started to season the wings I had to pluck nearly half of them because they still had feathers on them. I know this may not be Safeway's fault but they still put the meat on the shelves in the USDA office and said they inspected them before they left Redbird in Inglewood Colorado. I called Safeway to try and make it right and they basically acted like I was full of crap and wasn't telling the truth and in no way made any attempt to make it right on my end will not be buying meat from their store any longer. read more

Curbside pickup attendant was so rude, didn't even acknowledge me at all. Items that were substituted weren't even close. I ordered chicken drumsticks and hamburger meat, drumsticks were out of stock so they just gave me a bigger sized hamburger meat. Never again will I use this service. read more

do not use their pickup! ordered 3 hours ago and they haven't started pulling the order of 9 items. there is literally 6 parking spaces and i'm the only 1 here for 30+ minutes yet they say they're slammed. if their excuses could be put into productive action that would be amazing. next time i march in, covid19 exposed. know personally of people that are experienced at other safeways and other grocery stores who cannot get hired on by this rinky dink outfit. tried this once but never, ever again! read more

I don't know what has happened to this location. The store is dirty and cluttered. Some of the old staff is great, but the new staff is not helpful. Kind of sad, but it's worth the trip out of town to shop. The pharmacy is slow and the staff is very short with their attitude. I think the corporate merger has become a disaster for Safeway. read more
