I pulled into the auto care center at Walmart and saw a few cars in front of me. We sat in the car for at least 45 minutes before I decided to use the bathroom. After I came out I was relieved to see the line move significantly so pulled my car up front. Then an employee told me to move back to move cars that were AFTER ME to the front. Umm, hello I was there first?!? Then after talking to my dad he informed me we needed to take a ticket and another woman with a scowl on her face rudely told me it would be two hours. Yikes. Talk about non communication. Don't know why anyone would do business with Walmart. Found the right way to get to Les Schwab and went there instead. Thanks!

You drive on up, drop off your goods, obtain your donation receipt (if you so desire), and you're on your way. ++ The store itself is newer than most others I've been to in the Denver/Aurora area. As a result it seems to be cleaner than most. ++ Thrift store pricing. Need I say more? I know I will continue to use this Goodwill location for my future thrifting needs.

The management and staff were removing all the current week's 50% color tagged items from the floor. I heard one associate say to another, take all the "color of the week" mens shorts and pants from the floor. Then walking around I noticed that all the racks of clothes were all but like one or two of that colored tag. This location is already pricing their donated items too high, and if they're pulling this many unsold pieces from the floor it is more proof that they are way overpriced for a second hand store. I did contact the local Goodwill of Colorado Offices via their online messaging service to report that I seen the associate removing these tagged items. I received a voicemail from the store manager and an Email from someone at the corporate office, both claiming they don't target the 50% off when "making room" for new items. When I replied that I specifically heard the conversation between the employees targeting those exact colored tags I got zero response from Corporate.

This Safeway is great. I pop in for my Starbucks drink every day and always make a point to say hi…read moreto Missy and smile. She works very hard as a customer service manager and has been very helpful. Jerry is a great guy and always treats everyone with respect. I always say hi to him and give him a fist bump when saying "see you later!" Great selection throughout the whole store although I wish they had a little more selection in the frozen department. Deli is great and love the fresh salads they make with salmon and chicken! They even have a wing bar where you can pick out what you want and I always get the General Tso's chicken. At the service desk lines get worked through quickly and efficiently to buy lottery tickets, do money orders, returns or anything else you need. There is even a self service lottery machine where you can get your own jackpot tickets and scratch tickets. You can validate any win up to $100 and add it to the machine to buy more scratch tickets. Crystal at the service desk is very friendly and I always make sure to say hi and ask how she is doing. At Starbucks Emily and Asianna are very friendly and I appreciate their good customer service. The music that Safeway plays is very enjoyable. Keep up the great work!!
