Well, apparently something went wrong with the payment, very likely she transcribed the number wrong (it was never read back to me), and the payment was denied. She didn't call me to address the matter as most vendors would do. Instead Brian contacted our operations professional, who is Asian ( a detail that only becomes significant because of the manner in which he later mocks and insults her), who then contacted me. No one at Rolloff Xpress immediately answered the phone, but I received the nastiest text messages to which I replied and will share with you below. At some point I did get Brian on the phone, he cursed me out, screaming insults at me, as I remained calm and quite perplexed that this was at all about a declined credit card that was likely initially transcribed incorrectly by Sharon; I used the exact same card to complete and satisfy the transaction. Further, when I didn't need the dumpster to be transferred to our other building for further filling, a service Brian offered for an additional $50 paid up front, he refused to refund the money. The dumpsters are old, scratched up and graffitied, they look nothing like the brightly painted, clean equipment their ad suggests. I wouldn't recommend this company with its vulgar and abusive language owner and their antiquated method of securing payment, methods that place the customer at great risk, to anyone for any reason ever. I only wish I'd visited Yelp reviews or BBB reviews prior to contracting with this professionally subzero provider!

I called over a two month period of time to get the master code, in which they never provided me with when it was set up. They kept saying we could do it over the phone but couldn't get anyone to call me. They said they would send a tech out and never did and then again, no return calls. Finally, after 2 months, they said they were sending someone out. I asked if there would be a charge and they said no. A tech came out because they couldn't give me the code over the phone. The tech called another employee, got it immediately. I then fixed the system myself and was charged $190.00. $190.00 for a code they couldn't give me over the phone. The tech was at my house for 20 minutes but Cory Wills said he was there for 1 1/2 hours - a HUGE lie. When I spoke with Cory Wills, he felt that was a fair charge - $190.00. They could have provided this to me on the phone or when they installed the service. Don't go with this company for anything!!!!! They scam people and the customer service is terrible. The employees that come out for install are nice but the staff behind the phones and at their desk have no customer service etiquette. Terrible business and really awful people. Scam artists!

Make sure whoever is home to greet them is well aware of the phone quote, because they will take advantage and lie. They also pretend to take customer complaints seriously, but do nothing. They're recording the calls and know exactly what's happening, but string the customer along, waiting for them to lose steam because life is busy and no one has time to chase down dishonest cheats forever.
