As for as pricing, they do look over the job and provide an on the spot estimate so you can reject it and send them on their way. The only suggestion is it wasn't clear (or maybe I was just distracted with our moving schedule) that you should call and specify (as much as you can) the type and approximate amount of items. I had some potentially chemical items so I called ahead and they did an initial assessment and estimate over the phone so we were pleasantly surprised with the cost.
