I pulled into the auto care center at Walmart and saw a few cars in front of me. We sat in the car for at least 45 minutes before I decided to use the bathroom. After I came out I was relieved to see the line move significantly so pulled my car up front. Then an employee told me to move back to move cars that were AFTER ME to the front. Umm, hello I was there first?!? Then after talking to my dad he informed me we needed to take a ticket and another woman with a scowl on her face rudely told me it would be two hours. Yikes. Talk about non communication. Don't know why anyone would do business with Walmart. Found the right way to get to Les Schwab and went there instead. Thanks!

Overall it went well but we had several questions at the very end and we were missing one crucial piece. I called the store, spoke to Natalie. She found the piece in the warehouse and offered to drop it to our house on her way home from work that day. She came in and answered our questions - she knew the product very well. I cannot say enough good things about CLAU's. I brought in…read morea 20 year-old coat that is made of quilts. They repaired the quilting with new quilt pieces and sewed a band around the cuffs which were badly frayed. I had a pair of bloomer underwear, which was over 15 years old. (Well made). They made a pattern from that pair and sewed me three new pairs, which are soft, comfortable, with lovely lace. Absolutely beautiful. This shop is super clean. All the workers are friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone.
