Beware using Canfield Well Service! Our experience with this company has been a nightmare. We hired and gave a deposit to Canfield to drill a new well the first week of November, prior to our home being completed in December. They began work on schedule, but soon after, they informed us the drill broke and needed repair. The next week, the well collapsed. They assured us they were fixing the equipment and would be back as soon as the drill was repaired to re-drill a new well. But unfortunately this has never happened. Communication with them became extremely frustrating. They would not reply to our messages and the few times they did, they would commit to a day to come out and then reschedule at the last minute or not show up at all. Last week they finally let us know they took another job and would get to us after that job was completed in January. At this point we were very concerned as we had a considerable amount of money invested with Canfield as well as a building schedule that depended on the well being drilled. After communicating our concerns, the message we received from Jeff Canfield was "I am not in the mood for large font or exclamation points. Find yourself another driller." We understand delays and equipment issues but this goes beyond that, Canfield has absolutely horrible communication and customer relations. If you are looking for a well service, we suggest you take Jeff Canfields advice and indeed find yourself another driller. read more
