Beware using Canfield Well Service! Our experience with this company has been a nightmare. We hired…read moreand gave a deposit to Canfield to drill a new well the first week of November, prior to our home being completed in December. They began work on schedule, but soon after, they informed us the drill broke and needed repair. The next week, the well collapsed. They assured us they were fixing the equipment and would be back as soon as the drill was repaired to re-drill a new well. But unfortunately this has never happened. Communication with them became extremely frustrating. They would not reply to our messages and the few times they did, they would commit to a day to come out and then reschedule at the last minute or not show up at all. Last week they finally let us know they took another job and would get to us after that job was completed in January. At this point we were very concerned as we had a considerable amount of money invested with Canfield as well as a building schedule that depended on the well being drilled. After communicating our concerns, the message we received from Jeff Canfield was "I am not in the mood for large font or exclamation points. Find yourself another driller." We understand delays and equipment issues but this goes beyond that, Canfield has absolutely horrible communication and customer relations. If you are looking for a well service, we suggest you take Jeff Canfields advice and indeed find yourself another driller.

Actually it was someone who was in line at Michael's whom suggested this and some other places that I reviewed a try for some on-line ordering. They specialize in printing which was what I needed for my costume. Without revealing too much about my costume since I know some friends who live in LA and Seattle who are Yelpers who I want to surprise with my costume, I will say that it was their customer service and willing to ship to a US post office which was why I went with these guys.

I recently had an issue with my computer due to the power…read moreoutage in Brush which resulted in an error message that indicated that the power outage had fried my hard drive. Giley, proprietor of Mac's Technology Service, was very responsive and concerned about my outage and need of repair to my system. Within a few days he had picked up my computer for repair. To my pleasure and complete surprise, he contacted me within a few hours to report that the hard drive was intact and my computer was ready to be returned. My point is he could have kept my computer for a few days and returned it "repaired" for a lot more $$, but he didn't. In my opinion, there is no greater value in a business than an honest and trustworthy proprietor. As a result, I highly recommend the skill, knowledge and honesty of this business and its proprietor!!
