Waiting for pizza with a stout.

Kukaro is a hidden gem of a brewpub in Fort Morgan. A block off main street, they have good food and good beers. They have a variety of beers that they brew as well as some other local Colorado brews on tap. Try the Peach Pit IPA, you won't be sorry. They also have lagers, wheat beers, stout, etc. . For food they have woodfired pizza, Italian sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. Leave room for desert because the pistachio cheesecake is really good. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the beers. An added bonus, dogs are welcome on their patio.

Parts and Labor Brewing Company was a complete disappointment. We stopped in just before 9:30 PM…read morehoping for wings and a beer, only to be turned away despite plenty of customers still dining inside. Apparently serving paying customers a few minutes before closing was too much to ask. My reply to the owner... Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, your response reinforces the concerns I expressed in my original review. Rather than addressing the customer experience, you chose to dismiss it by focusing on the time we arrived and by implying that my review was the result of me "needing a great day." That kind of sarcasm does not reflect the level of professionalism customers should expect from a business owner. You stated that you personally saw us enter at 9:40 PM and that the kitchen had already closed at 9:30 PM. However, I take accuracy seriously, and I do not appreciate being misrepresented. I have a screenshot documenting the time I left your establishment, which directly contradicts the timeline presented in your response. If the facts are important enough for you to publicly defend your business, they should also be important enough to present truthfully. To be clear, businesses have every right to establish kitchen hours and closing procedures. Had the situation simply been explained professionally and courteously, my review likely would have reflected that. What stands out is not the policy itself, but the way concerns were handled afterward. I travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally, reviewing small family-owned businesses because I genuinely enjoy supporting them. In many cases, when an owner responds thoughtfully and demonstrates a commitment to customer service, I am willing to reconsider or update a review. In this case, however, instead of leaning into customer service and understanding, you chose to defend, justify, and direct sarcasm toward a customer. I can accept mistakes. What I have a much harder time accepting is dishonesty. The screenshot of the time I left your establishment speaks for itself. I wish you and your business the best, but I stand by my review. To make matters worse, we had a similar experience elsewhere in Sterling when a Sonic employee snapped at us for trying to place an order. Thankfully, Village Inn restored a little faith in customer service with friendly staff, welcoming patrons, and genuine hospitality. If you're traveling through town, don't expect Parts and Labor to go out of its way for customers. We were in and out in under a minute--with nothing but a bad impression to take with us.

Even though they weren't that busy, we still waited a long time to get served. We were definitely ready to get out of the sun. My daughter tried a few different things before she ended up with the pumpkin spice county fair cobbler sour. I got a flight of five different beers, ranking them as close as I can remember: 1. Out of office lager 2. Beer flavored beer 3. Leafer lager 4. Chela Noches lager 5. Barrel-aged undead Honestly, all five were fine, but 1-3 were my favorites. We sat for awhile and played with the resident black cat, Midnight, as well. I could see stopping back by on a future visit to Greeley.

Also if you do stop don't forget to buy your black cat sticker that is literally of the black cat in that bar. I think his name is Wiley.

They are not exaggerating about the kale salad! I've only ever had 1 good one but theirs is my new favorite. INCREDIBLE. The champagne vinaigrette really pulled it all together.. Still thinking about that salad. Really cool selection of their home-brewed beers with something for every preference. Very generous portions, low prices. The waitress (receipt said Tatum so maybe that's her) who helped me was so nice and had everything packed up perfectly. They have 2 patios and allow dogs on them! Interior is huuuge -- lots of fun things to look at. Cozy bar in the back of the brewery. Love the decor/paintings. Seems like a great local hangout!

We told the host 4 times how many people was in our party and they kept saying the wrong number. We sat down ordered drinks. They came fast. Then asked for recommendations. Got lunch recommendations. Then after we placed our order including their recommendations they told us they're not serving lunch for 20 more minutes if it's ok if we wait for the order to be put in. That was awkward and uncomfortable but we waited it out. Though my daughter ordered off the kids menu , the only menu provided to her and it was breakfast items. So her waffles came out first then she waited 15/20 minutes for our food to come out to eat with us. Her food said it came with strawberries and whip cream. It took 3 trips to get her order delivered properly. I will say the food was delicious. It was weird though when we got the check that we were up charged for regular fries with our burger and the bacon for my daughters waffles. The server asked her with her waffles if she wanted bacon or sausage without sharing it was an upcharge. That's my fault for not reading the menu. Though I do believe when you are offering an item you should tell the guest their is an up-charge for that item. Then when asked what sides come with the burger she said fries, salad or chips. I chose fries. Then when bill came I saw the fries were an upcharge. When waters were refilled it was spilled all over the table. Cup should have been removed from table to refill not pour over. Food was great ! Service was very disorganized though their personalities were good . The food isn't good enough to make me want to give them a second chance with the service provided

I would've liked to have tried a flight which I didn't think we could order until too late. Would be great if it mentioned flights on the artistic menu. Social distancing is not enforced here.
