We still haven't heard anything back and have requested a refund. At this time, he's not returning our calls and emails. We've ordered half a cow from other ranchers and butchers in the past and have never experienced this before. We didn't get that much beef from him which leads us to wonder about his questionable farming practices. In the beginning, he would always call us promptly and answer our questions and then as soon as he got our money, we have struggled to get ahold of him and get our lamb (now all we want is a refund).
