They have bobbled every once in a while, and my favorite salesman as long since retired, but they are still favorite ag supplier. So I was looking forward to working with 4Rivers again. This time I simply needed one implement. I contacted them through the website. I told them I was a return customer looking for an implement for my tractor. The salesman responded with cold email stating the MSRP of the implement.... The MSRP was 23% higher than any other retailers selling price! I expressed my disappointment,, and noted there must have been a management change. The salesman confirmed the management change, then quoted a competitive price. I purchased the unit. They delivered it for free (Thank you). BUT it was not the unit I saw on thier website when I paid the invoice!!!! I asked about the parts that seemed to be missing from the implement, and the salesman said those were all extra!! Wow,,, I would like to have known that BEFORE I purchased the implement!!!! There was nothing on the web page about the picture not being the unit you are buying!! The salesman agreed and said sorry. They got two stars for the delivery, but overall,, you have many more options to buy your equipment. This company doesn't care about service. Go to someone that wants to honor loyal customers, and will work earn loyal customers

The trip on Lemosho route was absolutely stunning and one of the most picturesque places I've ever been. Faraja's team expertly pointed out everything from the history of the trail to the flowers and wildlife around us. As for the hike itself, Faraja took care of nearly everything, allowing me to just focus on the trek. The tents and equipment were top-notch and the food was delicious. (Grilled cheese before summit day was definitely a morale booster.) How they got a watermelon to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro is beyond me. Thanks again for an amazing trip, one that I cannot recommend highly enough, and hope to do again some day.

WOW!! where do I start?!?!…read more I would definitely use caution when booking this venue!!!!! We once thought of the owners as "friends" until Gary May pulled his stunt during and before my husbands party!! First of all he comes in all pissed off and starts yelling at me in regards to why his UTV is at the pavilion (it wasn't his UTV) while I was decorating (caught me off guard), I said " I don't know whose UTV's are out there as I ask Grant for help to move the bands equipment to the inside stage as they started to set up outside"!! If I didn't have guest arriving shortly I would of had the band pack up at that time!!! Then Gary (owner) proceeded to hound and intimidate our guests making some feel very uncomfortable!! Then there comes the GREED!! Him and my husband had worked out a deal (my husband thought so), which Gary didn't hold up to!! I also got ahold of the manager and asked her to send me my invoice her words " I don't think you have an invoice". SMH Gary took money out of our plumbing invoice (money May Farms owed our company for work performed) without our knowledge meant and it was way more than discussed!! It really wasn't Mostly due to the friendly and every accommodating Stacy and Hollee. Needless to say our experience with Hollee and Stacy at May Farms was incredible. I always received fast reply's to our questions they worked hard to meet our needs. The food was great and every one had a wonderful time!
