Wow. Great Yelp find here. Stopped en route between Denver and Omaha, totally awesome. I had Bourbon Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Mac n cheese, and spicy baked beans. All homemade, all delicious. I may have to take a nap before getting back on the road haha. They have plenty of parking that I imagine they need for the dinner crowd. It's a modest place, pure rural Colorado. Easy access off the expressway.

We had to go to Fort Morgan to get our COVID vaccinations and discovered All About The Smoke for our lunch stop. We love to try BBQUE wherever we travel. This is a keeper. I had the pulled pork sandwich and husband had the ribs. Sides were slaw and beans. The sandwich was amazing. A brioche bun, sauce that was just right, and a smoky flavor. I had sweet tea and it was just right on the sweetness level. Ribs were fall off the bone They were open for indoor dining and had social distancing in place. If you find yourself in Fort Morgan and need breakfast or lunch stop in. They are a short drive off I76.

Just what the weary travelers needed! The ribs and brisket were perfectly smoked and seasoned. Tender and juicy! Potato salad reminded me of the South. Everything was delicious, and their service and hospitality were out of this world. The owner came out and chatted. Great guy! We were there at closing, and they gave us some onion rings on the house. Will return!

Brisket was OK but the pulled pork was great and so are the ribs. Giant portions and a solid place. Great service.

Delicious sides to go with succulent meats. Try the potato salad--you can't go wrong.

Excellent barbecue at a reasonable price. Spotless and nicely decorated restaurant. Recommended by the desk person at Hampton Inn.

Great BBQ. Large portions - baked beans are sensational. Can't go wrong! Brisket is my continued favorite- but like their random specials.

The fried zucchini starter was surprising & excellent. These are not the usual chips which are mostly heavy breading, these are spears in a light breading so you mostly taste zucchini instead of "fried". The horseradish dip was sharp without being overpowering. I had the mojo tacos which were well dressed & not over seasoned. The jalapeños seem to be house pickled & were unexpectedly intense. My wife had half a rack of ribs which were quite tender. They're heavily sauced so if you prefer yours less sweet or less sticky you may want to ask if this step could be skipped but the extra sauce is good on the pile of hand cut fries the ribs come with. I haven't seen a snakebite on offer in a long time. A nice choice with tangy food & a welcome relief from the endless taps of IPA most places lean so heavily on these days. For being the apparent in-house restaurant for a hotel, whoever is designing the dishes & executing the cooking clearly cares more than one would expect. If you're nearby, I'd say it is not to be missed!
