Omg I can't believe how bad these places are. Things started out well enough. Women's restroom was clean and the lady was cleaning it too. Then it went downhill. To surprise me he ordered a happy meal so I could get the Hello Kitty toy. Prominently displayed on the display too. Twenty minutes later we finally get the meal only to find that they substituted the toy for another weird looking pink dragon thing. The receipt clearly printed teenage mutant ninja toy but they ran out. So instead of telling us they just put any damn thing inside. Such bad service. I insisted on a refund because who eats bad fast food for nothing? Not me. read more

This place is extremely disrespectful to their staff. Camila specifically has always been rude, she'll start screaming for no reason and makes the job 10x more stressful. read more

Don't waste your time here!! Waited and waited and never received my food. Had to ask for my money back! Negative one star! read more

took 20 minutes just for 10 nuggets at 9pm when there was at least 5 workers back there just talking. bathrom was dirty, and my nuggets were cold. read more

I've eaten here a dozen times, always dine in, lunch. No problems until today. My meal was served on a used, dirty tray. See photo. No kiosks. Today they were telling customers to take a seat and they'd bring the food out...only they'd put the meal on the counter and call out the number. I guess the smart kids are in school or away at college, leaving, uh, the other ones to staff the restaurants. read more

McDonald's - Meal served on a dirty tray. Note the wrinkled paper with grease stains. - Fast Food Near Me - Brush, Colorado

Service was rude the lady at the window started yelling at me and then i had to be parked for 15 minutes they forgot half my food and food was not that good read more

GROSS - PLUMBING FLIES IN THE WOMEN's RESTROOM buzzing around faucet. I am no expert but these flies have a distinct, thick squat thorax; different from what most call a housefly. A friend, when we were dining at a decent restaurant, noticed flies around our table told me they were plumbing flies (her husband is a contractor), that they breed near pipes and especially restaurants that do not clean their drain pipes well enough or often enough. We left. I have very few negative reviews and post to support business owners. I often ignore a single inept employee if the rest of the staff seem to have it together. This morning we checked out of a hotel, which I gave 5 stars. As we were leaving I quietly explained to the desk greeter that the bottom of the shower door in the room needed some scrubbing from house keeping but I was not placing that in the review as the bathroom and rest of the room were clean and well cared for. It's difficult for businesses given the need for service workers. I get it. The flies should have been reported. Add Very slow service, even though I ordered only one drink. Not that crowded in the drive-thru line nor the restaurant but customers were piling up. Most locations would be able to handle that flow. Looked thru their other ratings. A year ago flies were a problem, too. read more

Food was not so good. Service was aloof. Ambiance was tense as there seemed to friction between staff members. Coffee? They have no good coffee anymore. Better to go to WalMart than here. read more

Let me just start by saying this: NO FRY WAS PASSED OUT OF THE WINDOW SUB-PAR. These individuals gave their very souls, if not their being into the food. I implore you, please, if you have the good fortune to pass through this resteraunt... don't take it lightly. The intricacy, the steadiness, the pure passion put into the crispy chickem deluxe. Dumbfounding. The mighty 4 piece chicken nugget-cooked to perfection. Sweet AND sour. The best employees around. read more

very nice experience for breakfast. food was warm and tasty, service was nice, and the restaurant was clean.

Drove thru lady was nice but got my family's order wrong and we had to redo it at the window. When we pulled forward for our food she gave us one drink and no food, we showed her our receipt and after a good 10 minutes of waiting at the window we were told to pull forward and wait there. After a few minutes one of our members had to go into the restaurant to get the rest of our order. Don't recommend. read more

The location in a rush is the best. The food is hot, my order is accurate, and the service is good.

Horrible horrible service slow as ever stood at counter for 30 min worst experience I've ever had

They never have IcrCream, pies or Frapps there food is always old and cold. And there service sucks even the young managers for Day and night Crews. I'm sorry but it's the worst McDonalds I've ever been too. I can't believe it's honestly even still open with the way it's ran these days. Very rude and disrespectful employees with nasty dried old and cold food no matter what I've ordered they either dont have it or like I said it taste old and cold Or there always out of most sweets. read more

Forgetting orders undercooked food or over cooked food Forgetting dipping sauces or straws for drinks or napkins

dont go you will leave angry, you've been warned!! will never be back again!!!!!!!!!! Manuel the manager was friendly but he needs help!

Service is normal and the food is like any other McDonald's, but inside, it's filthy. There are flies all over the place that would keep going near our food and we had to constantly shoo them away. They also didn't have a refill station for beverages. Far from the best. read more

I showed up hoping for fast service and respectable responses but I got the exact opposite. I got one drink then they asked me to pull up for 4 things. A big mac, fries, sausage mcmuffin, and a hash brown. Then 3 other drinks. After waiting 5 minutes 2 other cars pulled up waiting for their food and they got their food in 3 bags for one and 2 for the other. I finally went in asked for the food and they said they're waiting on my burger with no pickles. They have me 2 of my drinks and told me to wait. Finally after sitting for 20 minutes they sent a new guy. Oh and by the way my order was wrong. If I could give them a 0 star review I'd give them -5 stars. read more

Very very slow service. Doesn't seem to be enough workers. No urgency to the workers attitudes...

Drive through is the only concern for employees here! If you want to go inside to dine be prepared to wait and wait without even being acknowledged. Poor management when you wont pay for a good manager thats what you get! I have walked out of this crudhile twice without making a purchase, i already despise most things mcdonalds but this particular location is a super schitt show read more

How do you screw up the most basic breakfast item on the menu? Ordered a coffee and an oatmeal while passing through Colorado. The staff was polite, so that was great. The coffee was good, but the oatmeal didn't have enough water in it and it was basically chewy dry oats. The worse part is that BOTH cups were like this, not just one. read more

I do not recommend anyone to go there the grown women that work there in the mornings are so rude don't give you time to order your food they say pretty much say what they want you to order to get done fast...and they should just throw your food at you n slam the window anyone want shitty service daily go here store#14201 read more

Extremely rude and uncalled for service. We hardly got our food due to disrespect and we should've had a manger present.

Just pass this one up, from the filthy bathroom to workers complaining about the manager. It took 15 min just to get a order of fries

Just went there with my parents and and nephew. we ordered 3 medium frappes, 1 small sprite, 3 medium fries, and 1 small fry. they managed to not get my moms frappe, the small fry and 1 of the medium fries. the fries taste old and the frappe is the texture of a soda. by far the worst experience i've had at a mcdonald's. would not recommend going there to get anything, until they get better customer service. read more

They messed up on my double quarter pounder 3 times. They took for ever to bring me back my burger correctly. Then I ordered 2 apple pies I didn't received my order until 30 min later when they had told me it was going to take 14 minutes. Where I was sitting down I had the view of the back where they cook and everyone looked like they where fooling around. read more

WORST MCDONALDS EVER. Will be waiting for over fifteen minutes to order while staff walks by you. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

The McDonald's in brush Colorado is often very lax in following the orders the way they are taking it is very frustrating to have to check your order every time you go through the drive-through just to make sure they actually put in your sack exactly what you ordered at the window it seems that they could actually train their people to pay more attention to how to handle a customers order I mean even though it is just a Franchise store shouldn't it try to follow the reputation of the Company they represent? Come people you can do better than this, I know you can. Please at least try. read more

My girlfriend asked for a caramel frappe and payed 5$ for it. The machine was "broken" so they gave her an iced coffee and no money back.

You should never have to wait 20 minutes for three meals it's disappointing. The Fort Morgan store is way busier it doesn't even take half the time it does here. Plus an old employee walked in with her kid and everything came to a holt. My food was already taking 15 minutes then that added almost 10 more minutes. Unprofessional read more

Literally the worst service. Passing through from another state just to get some food for the road. Ordered a regular McChicken and they somehow heard Spicy McChicken. Simple mistake easy fix right? wrong. Before leaving the ordering screen/speaker, we asked her to correct the order to a regular McChicken and she said "You can fix it at the first window." Okay so let's do that then. Pulled up to the window and asked the lady to fix the order and said we wanted the regular McChicken. She re-read us the order with the correct sandwich and we paid. Moving along to the next window we got the order and it was a spicy McChicken, of course (which costs more than the regular McChicken) so instead of holding up the line we decided to fix the order inside (reason for all the fuss is a sensitivity to spicy stuff lol) Went inside and super long line. Cashier seemed to not be trained correctly as there was an error every time they pressed something and needed the manager to correct it (which was holding up the line) Told the Manager about the mistake and she said they could fix it. Said we wanted a regular McChicken and she said yes. Charged us another dollar but we just wanted the damn McChicken and to leave. Look into the bag and there's a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. read more

Didn't even eat here, only called and got two people who answered the phone at the same time. The they both just said hello repeatedly while I tried to speak interrupting me. This was the worst service I've ever had at a McDonald's. They were very rude, slow, and fully staffed. There was no reason for their food to take so long and be so sub par. It took 15 minutes to get a six piece chicken and a cheeseburger. Never coming back. read more

My wife and I are huge McDonalds fans and eat at them 3 days a week. We are on the road and yesterday we had two problems with them. At a previous stop, my wife ordered a coffee and the manager made the order for Two. Last nite we placed a food order here in Brush and we used the mobile app to add the items the person didn't enter correctly. Problem in both and we have seen a number of times is that the order takers do NOT listen. read more

Been a long time since hitting MCDONALD. Clean, better burger than I remember and friendly staff. Nice surprise

Filthy and slow... more employees than customers and they took 22 minutes to prepare 2 cheeseburgers.. this place needs new management

First of all their service was incredibly rude and slow when they were clearly fully staffed. My food took 15 minutes to get my mcchicken and 6 piece chicken McNuggets. There were flies everywhere and overall it was an extremely awful and gross experience. read more
