To surprise me he ordered a happy meal so I could get the Hello Kitty toy. Prominently displayed on the display too. Twenty minutes later we finally get the meal only to find that they substituted the toy for another weird looking pink dragon thing. The receipt clearly printed teenage mutant ninja toy but they ran out. So instead of telling us they just put any damn thing inside. Such bad service. I've eaten here a dozen times, always dine in, lunch. No problems until today. My meal was served on a used, dirty tray. See photo. No kiosks. Today they were telling customers to take a seat and they'd bring the food out...only they'd put the meal on the counter and call out the number. GROSS - PLUMBING FLIES IN THE WOMEN's RESTROOM buzzing around faucet. I am no expert but these flies have a distinct, thick squat thorax; different from what most call a housefly. A friend, when we were dining at a decent restaurant, noticed flies around our table told me they were plumbing flies (her husband is a contractor), that they breed near pipes and especially restaurants that do not clean their drain pipes well enough or often enough. We left. I have very few negative reviews and post to support business owners. I often ignore a single inept employee if the rest of the staff seem to have it together. This morning we checked out of a hotel, which I gave 5 stars. As we were leaving I quietly explained to the desk greeter that the bottom of the shower door in the room needed some scrubbing from house keeping but I was not placing that in the review as the bathroom and rest of the room were clean and well cared for. It's difficult for businesses given the need for service workers. I get it. The flies should have been reported. Add Very slow service, even though I ordered only one drink. Not that crowded in the drive-thru line nor the restaurant but customers were piling up. Most locations would be able to handle that flow. Looked thru their other ratings. When we pulled forward for our food she gave us one drink and no food, we showed her our receipt and after a good 10 minutes of waiting at the window we were told to pull forward and wait there. I showed up hoping for fast service and respectable responses but I got the exact opposite. I got one drink then they asked me to pull up for 4 things. A big mac, fries, sausage mcmuffin, and a hash brown. Then 3 other drinks. After waiting 5 minutes 2 other cars pulled up waiting for their food and they got their food in 3 bags for one and 2 for the other. I finally went in asked for the food and they said they're waiting on my burger with no pickles. They have me 2 of my drinks and told me to wait. Drive through is the only concern for employees here! If you want to go inside to dine be prepared to wait and wait without even being acknowledged. How do you screw up the most basic breakfast item on the menu? Ordered a coffee and an oatmeal while passing through Colorado. The staff was polite, so that was great. The coffee was good, but the oatmeal didn't have enough water in it and it was basically chewy dry oats. The worse part is that BOTH cups were like this, not just one. read more

Just went there with my parents and and nephew. we ordered 3 medium frappes, 1 small sprite, 3 medium fries, and 1 small fry. they managed to not get my moms frappe, the small fry and 1 of the medium fries. the fries taste old and the frappe is the texture of a soda. by far the worst experience i've had at a mcdonald's. would not recommend going there to get anything, until they get better customer service. read more

They messed up on my double quarter pounder 3 times. They took for ever to bring me back my burger correctly. Then I ordered 2 apple pies I didn't received my order until 30 min later when they had told me it was going to take 14 minutes. The McDonald's in brush Colorado is often very lax in following the orders the way they are taking it is very frustrating to have to check your order every time you go through the drive-through just to make sure they actually put in your sack exactly what you ordered at the window it seems that they could actually train their people to pay more attention to how to handle a customers order I mean even though it is just a Franchise store shouldn't it try to follow the reputation of the Company they represent? You should never have to wait 20 minutes for three meals it's disappointing. The Fort Morgan store is way busier it doesn't even take half the time it does here. Literally the worst service. Passing through from another state just to get some food for the road. Ordered a regular McChicken and they somehow heard Spicy McChicken. Simple mistake easy fix right? wrong. Before leaving the ordering screen/speaker, we asked her to correct the order to a regular McChicken and she said "You can fix it at the first window." Okay so let's do that then. Pulled up to the window and asked the lady to fix the order and said we wanted the regular McChicken. She re-read us the order with the correct sandwich and we paid. Moving along to the next window we got the order and it was a spicy McChicken, of course (which costs more than the regular McChicken) so instead of holding up the line we decided to fix the order inside (reason for all the fuss is a sensitivity to spicy stuff lol) Went inside and super long line. Cashier seemed to not be trained correctly as there was an error every time they pressed something and needed the manager to correct it (which was holding up the line) Told the Manager about the mistake and she said they could fix it. Said we wanted a regular McChicken and she said yes. Charged us another dollar but we just wanted the damn McChicken and to leave. Look into the bag and there's a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. read more

At a previous stop, my wife ordered a coffee and the manager made the order for Two. Last nite we placed a food order here in Brush and we used the mobile app to add the items the person didn't enter correctly.
