Worst experience I've ever had in Morgan county. Not only was the crew member taking orders in the lobby glaring and complaining about the customers and their orders, but also cursing any and everyone, manager included. My husband heard said crew member calling us derogatory names for placing our order Honestly, not even going to eat the food we ordered, threw it out after leaving and typing this while standing in McDonald's. This Wendy's right next to the freeway looked like it was closed. No customers inside the dining area. No cars in the parking lot. Wide drive-thru, though. We were able to take our camper trailer through there with no issues. All of were craving Frosties with the exception of my Wife who had never tried it before. I have always been a fan of this soft serve ice cream of Wendy's since I was in elementary school. Our frosties were ready in no time. Nice not to have a long wait. We all got the chocolate frosties because they were out of vanilla. No big deal. I was kind of sad that the frosties were not as thick as I'm used to. They were to soft and melty. Taste was still fine, but having a melty frosty within a minute of getting it in your vehicle is disappointing. I lost my IPhone 12 Pro max On the 31 in the parking lot., I set my phone to lost mode 2 hours later that was when I noticed it was being shown by their drive through window.rather than north side of parking lot I have since been in this store 3 separate times asking for my phone. First time I was skeptical of the gps. But then as I continued to check the find my app and it was updating every 2 hours. Each time with my iPad and the find my iPhone app open. The efforts to find a customers phone were shit. Especially with me showing them on my tablet that the location of the phone was there inside the store. When I lost it I was on the phone with my mother and she told me she had tried calling back it but whoever grabbed it had turned it off. Thank you Apple for keeping GPS on after battery dies. Wendys you suck. Who ever got it your a sorry ass thief and manager you just as bad, I was there in front of you telling/showing you that the phone was in your store and you didn't do shit. Don't stop here. We Stopped on a road trip. Worst fast food I've had in a long time. We eat at Wendy's at home and I picked here because we know what to expect. Really bad idea. I should have known when we walked in. Place smelled like old grease. The person that took my order had a hat on that looks like it's never been washed. His shirt was covered in grease.. The bun was dry and hard. Burger was overcooked. Fries were super greasy. Gas station microwave burgers would have been a better idea. Coke machine worked. So they do have that. read more

What the heck are they doing in there!?! We went through the drive thru and had several people ahead of us. I think everyone in the drive thru had a ten minute wait. So after the 20 minute wait for the cars ahead of us we still had to wait when we got to the window. The folks at the window were nice but a little scattered. When we got our food I was expecting everything to be fresh and hot because of the wait time but this was not the case. Our fries were lukewarm but crispy. The burgers however were subpar. Definitely on the lower end of Wendy's. I am temporarily working in Brush and eat lunch there once a week due to not many options around. The food is ok- not outstanding, but not dog food either. My biggest issue is with their "fancy" soft drink dispenser that has multiple drink options along with favor additives. Over the last 3 weeks, the drink choices half dropped to less than half, because they are out. The flavor additives are all pretty much out. I can see a machine being out of a drink for an hour or two. Worst case, a day- but 3 weeks?!?! Does anyone there check on the machine daily? I'm not happy with who your night crew manager is. He don't have any courtesy to customers. I placed a door dash order and spent 45$ worth of food. For 2 sandwiches and a four piece of nuggets and 2 med drinks. Like what? On top on that they where out of fry's and didn't contact us to let us know our 45$ order was not coming with fry's. The Wendy's in Brush is the worst place there is to eat. You wait at the speaker for10 minutes to order, than you wait another 20 minutes for your food! after you get your order it's either not right or cold. The quality of the food is terrible. Ive been there at 6:00 P.M and it will be closed. I can go to Carl's JR. They are fully staffed and service is good and hot and fresh. Only stick to ice cream here. The chicken sandwich looked like some sort of mystery meat and did not have any texture or taste like chicken. The fries were undercooked. But the pretzels were good and so was the blizzards. They were attempting to wear their masks at this location but they were mostly down around their chin which protects nobody might as well not even wear them. Never mind that we are still in a Pandemic and the entire staff is handling your food without masks, and no dress code. They took our card for payment and didn't hand it back. We wanted to get back on the road. The pizza place probably would have been faster. The food itself is about what you would expect from a burger chain, if a bit on the cold side.
