Went in for a interview, my interview was at 9am I got there a hour ahead to see if the hiring manager was available and they told me he won't get here until 11am so I waited outside. 11am comes and they tell me he's 20 minutes away and so I waited some more go back in after the 20 minutes and they tell me he's not coming until tomorrow... why set up and interview with someone if you can't even make it on time I understand being a little late because we all have stuff going on but to not even show up to the interview you scheduled I've been trying to get a job and I went out my way to wait hours for a interview just for the boss to not show up read more

I am always down for Taco Bell -- each location's staff is different, but the food is always consistent and cheap. We went to Taco Bell on 10/27/2024 at around 9:20 P.M. I am utterly upset because normally we get really great service at this Taco Bell but this night it was not at all good service. I don't know if the employees are new or they simply don't care about their customers. It's really unfortunate because we are spending money to receive our food how it is supposed to be and how we ordered it. To start off I ordered a cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño cream, a zero sugar Baja blast and a grilled cheese burrito. When my sister and I got home the food was half way packaged up and the sauces were spilling out of a burrito we had gotten because they seemed to put all the heavier stuff on top of it. Our cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño cream had NO CREAM the zero sugar Baja blast was a regular Baja blast and the grilled burrito was not even a grilled cheese burrito. I understand messing up with 1 item but 3 seems like a little over. These younger employees need to be trained better instead of fooling around and not doing their job right or else Taco Bell will loose its paying customers. read more

I would rate - Stars if I could. I repeatedly have problems with this Taco Bell. I have to drive 35m. Each way to get food here... Crazy I the know, but I grew up with Taco Bell as a tasty meal once in a while. 1. Don't bother with the drive through, they Will get your order wrong with out fail, unless your order is stupid simple. I ordered the 10 pack, (5 soft tacos 5 bean burritos) and 2 cheesy roll ups. I drive home open the bag. 7 bean burritos, hastily rolled, of random size n shapes. No cheesy roll up, no soft tacos.... How hard is this to do? Listen, take an order, fill an order.... And were supposed to raise the wage for a position that takes no real skill , no special training, and they still cant do it right??? Dont modify your items here. In the past I pay to add sour creme to a couple items, it is NEVER there,.... ever... I stopped asking to waste my money for a product I wont receive. Last time I went inside with my son, we ordered 5 items... 3 were incorrectly prepared..... All in all, this Taco Bell is ultimately failing, over and over again. Yet they get away with it due to the fact they are the only one within 40 miles. Sad part is , it is a newer place just built in last 4 years. Crazy slow drive-through. There were only two cars in front of us and it took at least 12 minutes to get our order. Their chips tasted like they were cooked in really old oil (According to my husband. I don't eat at Taco Smell!). Amazing burrito wrapping skills, too. Looks like a diaper! read more

One of the worst Taco Bell's I have been too.... even to give a review to a fast food place such as this is rare for me. Drink Machines always broke or out of order. Good luck getting ice for your drink...another machine that is normally broken. Not to forget sometimes you have to only pay with cash because... you guested it their card machine is broke at times. Count on your order being messed up every time. Missing food or being given the wrong thing, time after time again. And plan on waiting for a while... no one here is in a rush to do anything... I have notice over some time the management seems to have become poor more and more. Not sure if it due to change in management or lack of. They are always hiring so this could be due to the lack of service. It's a shame however the only thing this place has going for it is it looks nice on the outside with updated paint and a modern look. Its definitely updated inside as well but Don't be fooled. Trash and dirty floors, counters are sticky, and cleanness is not a win here. Stay far away. Looks are deceiving! read more

I waited 10 mins while 4 of the staff were messing around in the dinning area sitting on each others laps and such. Absolutely a disgrace towards the Taco Bell legacy. We arrived promptly in the morning we were not sure if there was a breakfast menu since it wasn't even being displayed. Upon approval from the lady that they indeed have breakfast we eagerly ordered a steak A.M CrunchWrap (tm Taco Bell) with extra hash browns on the side as. We drove upon the second window and the young lady who appeared somewhat groggy whom either had allergies or was baked took our payment and told us to pull forward stating "we are making you the freshest hash-browns around". We eagerly waited at the stop sign for our fresh browns... what we received was shit. They gave us the most undesirable soggy disgusting gross excuse of a SAUSAGE crunch wrap even though we asked for steak. The best hash browns around we're definitely just recooked 4 hour old shoe lace tasting bricks. Not to mention young lady for mentioned forgot to give us our drinks even though she gave us our straws. If I were to elect a branch of Taco Bell to be unfranchised this one would be it. Choose another place. Flies, lots! The person who took our order didn't know if there were gluten-free options on the menu. We were there for thirty minutes and there were two mistakes with orders. My two tacos were ready, but they didn't make it to the counter until I went up to ask for them. This took at least fifteen minutes and they were not busy. The people behind us waited for ten minutes longer. Two people well ahead of us didn't get their orders until after me and the person that I was with. The gentleman was watching the kitchen for quite some time, so who knows how long they had to wait. The person who appeared to be managing gave them their food at the counter and apologized as she flung it toward them, her apology had no appearance of being genuine. There was no eye contact, and the tone of voice was lacking. Then the person who appeared to be managing made the announcement in the dining room that she was going to the bathroom and that the staff should not take any more orders until she came out, "Just tell them to wait." Remember the people who waited for their order and it was flung at them? Their order was wrong. Two employees came in for their shift (this is what I'm guessing) they sauntered in while the apparent manager was in the restroom. When she came out there was a small party.
