All the while there are tables that need cleaning. This is a restaurant dining room, not a lounge. No hairnets on the cooks. As in my previous review of this location, management is asleep at the wheel. There isn't one place in the front of this store that a manager could not see what is going on. Floors don't look like they've been swept or mopped. As a manager you're not even trying to. The chicken was more breading than meat. Just a fried doughball. Disappointing all around. Take a little pride in your work. It's not rocket surgery.

I ordered in advanced on the mobile app still driving towards Forney from Mesquite. I was passing the Whataburger by quick trip, gas station around 3:57a.m. I get there and wait patiently in front of the counter. I wait wait wait wait and wait I try being patiently but wait and wait and no one greets me or says hi how you doing have you been helped or you have a mobile order. Nothing! It wasn't even busy maybe just one car and that was it. There were 4 employees and neither of them said hi or at least told the employee that handles the front as a cashier to greet me or check on me see what I want it or if I've been helped. Instead, I was standing in front of the counter, literally with my hands on the counter just standing up like an idiot!‍ Finally one of them comes up to me and tells me if I ordered some thing I told her I ordered on the app and got my order at the same time. It was already 4:23a.m. I'm telling you I tried my best to be nice to them and hold back and I got upset But today was unacceptable. I've been so nice that one time when I ordered food, a sandwich wasn't even in there when I got home.I didn't even complain. Communication is important really important

After repeatedly saying "hello" with no response, I finally drove to the window to explain what happened and simply asked to place my order there. Instead of apologizing for the mix-up, Sergio interrupted me multiple times with a rude and defensive attitude, even while I was trying to speak with the General Manager, Miguel. Sergio then made a point of telling me that he will be the General Manager next month. Miguel acknowledged that he has previously spoken with Sergio about his customer service, which makes the decision to promote him even more concerning. Management should seriously observe Sergio's interactions with customers, he does not belong in the hospitality industry at all.

But because they named it the Krabby Patty meal they want to charge you $12 for it. Do yourself a favor order the Dave's combo and a dollar Frosty and save yourself $4 per meal. Do they honestly think people would not notice, shameful at the least With that out of the way I would like to say this particular Wendy's is surprisingly clean and I found the customer service to be great. Which is surprising because most Wendy's I have been into in the Greater Dallas area have been a disaster, so it is refreshing to see one that has a higher standard. Our order was made swiftly, Fresh and correctly, which is also nice. Now I have only ever been to this location once but it was at dinner time and they were rather busy so that's saying something. * For corporate I don't know who needs to hear this but gimmicks don't work, all you do is alienate your customer base and hurt the brand. If you want Increase sales you need to lower prices and raise standards across the board, think In-N-Out Burger or Chick-fil-A. Sure you will take a hit in profits for a little while but the increase in customers will more than make up for it over time.

Lived in Forney almost my entire life and sad to say I've had nothing but bad experiences of this establishment. My drive thru experience was not very pleasant, the person in front of me was arguing with the cashier from the looks of it. and after the car pulled forward and I approached the window, the cashier unprofessionally said "did you see that shit bruh, damn" but the real reason why I even wrote this review was because when I get home and look at my food, There was mold in my Chocolate frosty....Mold in a frosty.... How is that even possible!?!?!? Very dissapointed and I encourage everybody to not come to this specific Wendy's ever again!! Unfortunately I immediately threw away the frosty and was too infuriated to even think of posting a review. I am beyond enraged...
