Literal terrible store and terrible management. I go in every week to get lunch and I always use the subway app to get deals. I go in intending to use the get ANY footlong for 6.99 I get a grilled chicken which is usually 13.69. I scan my barcode and the lady at the counter (Which is the rudest worst employee there and OBVIOUSLY doesnt care how the sandwhich is made, Employee number 0608) charges me FULL PRICE so 14.84. I have and always will like Subway. However, this particular location I don't know about it's service. I went there on Sunday night about 1:30 am, and the young man came from the back, I said hello to. I received no response back or even a greeting. He put on his gloves and just waited for me to start ordering. Not even a what kind of bread would you like. This subway isn't bad but isn't great. Service is generally slow but sometimes you get a happy worker and sometimes you get a ( I'm here but don't want to be here ) worker. Will be at least 10-30 mins from start to finish maybe longer if there's a line. Freshness. I always skip the tomatoes because they always look alike and soft and . Overall the lettuce looks okay and the other veggies are safe. Usually get double toasted to help with soft bread that falls apart easily. Unfortunately the 2 stars this establishment has is far too generous. I arrived at 9:45pm to a young lady sweeping behind the register. She asked if I would wait as she completed her task list, since she only had 15 minutes to finish before she was off. Trying to be flexible and understanding, I took a seat and watched as she finished cleaning behind the register, and even has she cleaned in the back storage room. 15 minutes go by and she hastily appears from the back and asks what I want. No thank you for waiting for me to clean the restaurant, nothing. I ask for a 6inch sandwich, she quickly slices the bread and it wasn't until she slapped the tuna on that I noticed the roll was well under 6inches. I could tell her mind was elsewhere from the moment I walked in, so I had to ask about the length. When I asked if it was a true 6inches, she dunked it in the garbage and grabbed the other half. She then SCREAMS at me "NEXT TIME SAY SOMETHING FASTER!!!!!!! You're making me waste food!!" She slid the sandwich down and yelled "WHAT NEXT!?!" At that point I had enough of her verbal abuse. I told her to I would be passing on my meal, and that she was unnecessarily rude. She then screamed "YOU KNOW WHAT!? IM NOT IN THE MOOD FOR THIS!! MY DOG DIIIIIIIIED" Threw everything on the floor and RAN to the back. We all have challenges in life, but those challenges are not a good reason to be unkind to others. While I sat and waited for 15 minutes for her to finish her task list, I noticed a sign on the door that informed employees of their right to PTO. I suggest Emma use some of her hours and grieve her dog properly. Since she is clearly unable to separate home from work. Perhaps management will read this and provide her with proper measurement tools,since the eyeball trick is not her strong suit. I believe in leading with compassion, and while I am extremely empathetic to the passing of her furfriend. I just cannot condone her erratic, unprofessional, and downright rude behavior tonight. After an unprofessional 15 minute wait, all I wanted was a sandwich the size of what I would presumably be charged for. We are military and got a coupon from our office, 3 Large sandwiches for $20 with the exclusion of certain promotional sandwhiches. When we went in we told her about the couple before hand like it told us too and she immediately got irritated and said it might not work? so we gave her the expiration date and she said fine...? we go to order the first sandwich and she says "cant do that one" so i asked why because it does not say it excludes that one. she procedes to say you can order a regular sandwhich so I asked what is the regular sandwhiches then?? She then gave us the option between 2-3 meats and thats it. It didnt make sense to me because the coupon said any sandwich excluding only certain ones, it did not say we can choose only between 2-3 different kinds? Typical Subway food and environment and it's pretty clean. My friend got a lemonade and didn't taste it before leaving....and really should have. Sipped it once we were on our way and in the car. I usually enjoy coming to this location, but I see management has sunk to new lows. The white kid with the "I just hit puberty" stache and the cubic zirconia studs has the worst attitude. BAD BAD EMPLOYEES. I ordered two footlong breakfast sandwich. one with 9 grain wheat bread, American, black pepper, toasted, jalapeños, red onions and another one with the Italian bread, American, light mayonnaise, black pepper, toasted, red onions, spinach. I ordered it through online and when I picked up my food and checked It at home, they switched my breads to white, missed Jalapeño, and there was no cheese on both of the sandwiches. I called them and told them the order is messed up and the lady who called her self a manager got upset at me saying she's not stupid and she knows what she put it in my sand which. I tried to tell her what was wrong with my sandwich, she got very upset and cut me off in the middle of talking and made up her own words and eventually she hung up the phone while I was still talking. I called her back again and she told me to call her boss but just hung up the phone without telling me who is her boss. HOW RUDE. I was merely trying to tell her that if they don't have the ingredients that I ordered, then she should've let me know when I was there to pick up my food. at least that's how the other places are doing. Not sure why the reviews aren't higher for this Subway. I've been coming here regularly for over a year, the staff is very friendly, sandwiches are yummy, & they are fast! I drive off base to go here as opposed to the one in the BX because they are significantly faster with little to no line. The parking lot is a poorly designed & cramped but there's always a spot. read more

This used to be my favorite Subway, not anymore. I sent my teenage daughter to buy two chopped salads and two sandwiches. When they ordered the chopped salads they were told they don't sell chopped salads anymore, so she ordered two unchopped salads. While she was waiting for her salads and sandwiches to be made, the the next customer, a man, ordered a chopped salad and they had no problem making one for him. Tbh I hate reviewing places, so if I'm reviewing it's because the service is really bad here at this location. Out of the 6 days I work I come to subway maybe two days a week. I'm usually in my military uniform, but today I had to head on base and was in my civilian clothes and I walked into subway and asked if I could use the restroom. The last said no when I asked why she said because you have to be a customer in order to use the restroom. So I had to buy a drink that cost me 3$ just a drink.. well I used the restroom to see that the seat was gross the toilet paper on the floor, no soap. Cue the bad experience review: I usually go here rather than the food court on base because the quality of the sandwiches are better. So, hate that I gotta go this route, but today was probably in my top 10 bad customer experiences. I ordered a ft long chicken bacon ranch. While the lady is putting the chicken on I ask if I could add pepperoni - which I usually do. She says sorry that's a different sandwich and I can't add pepperoni to the chicken. I say well I've done it before, and she seems shocked and says who? - I say I don't know but I'm willing to pay extra i know it's a charge. She responds she needs to ask the owner and walks away and gets on the phone - which right here you gotta start wondering. I look at the menu and see under "extras" you can add pepperoni for $1.00 ($.050 for six inch). When she returns I ask her if it's ok to just add pepperoni as an extra and we both start looking at the menu. She then says it's part of the kids menu and only on six inch. I then show where it says extra and she says yeah it's a $1.50 -- I didn't care if she charges me a $1.50 but now I'm like really because it specifically says $1 to add pepperoni. She continues the argument. I never got upset or even showed my frustration....I just left and turned to her and said I don't get it, it's not that difficult and I'll be writing about this. She starts in on I'll make the exception.....no exception necessary. I will not return. I do have a lot of patience I work with the public - but nope crossed the line today. read more

Out of the 4 subways I've been near by Travis afb this one is by far the cleanest. I love how it's 24hrs since my husband is on swing shifts. There are currently 2 subways on base. They both are horrible and dirty did I mention dirty... Flys on everything!!! and their employees have a major attitude and ethics problem. This means I am forced to go off base. The one inside Walmart is about 2mi give or take away. That's to far for me since I only have like an hour before my husband goes back to work on his lunch and I don't have a car. Which mean I'm left to go to this one. It's nice and clean here. There some issues I've had that I'd like to state. 1. I find it kind of nasty to be having the employees to clean the ceiling and lights above customers heads. I had dust fall on me while she was cleaning. Wait till like after 9pm when people don't really stay out late. 2. There's this short Hispanic lady, that I think might be the manager or something. She is rude and always has an attitude. 3. Why in the hell is veggies limited on sandwiches. We're suppose to make it how we like it. I like my sandwich with a lot and I mean A LOT of spinach. Last time I went they barley gave me a handful. Say "there's a limit" TF! It's my sandwich and subway is suppose to be know for making it our way. I always reply that I can pay for extra veggies and they say it doesn't work like that. How in the hell are they charging for extra meat but can't for veggies. I know, another spouse who used to work at a subway says there's no such policy. That the workers are just lazy. 4. There's a really nice Filipino lady that works there and she is a pleasure to see. She always making me laugh. I just don't like how the manager again Hispanic lady gave her the stink eye. Generally great and quick service. The young cashier, Nicole, is whining and argumentative. When I asked for a water cup, she said ok but did not hand me a water cup. So I grabbed a small cup from the counter. She charged me for a fountain drink. Later the shift lead agreed to refund me but Nicole kept arguing bout why I should still be charged for the cup.
