They sent me a return email with a coupon code. I took it into Culver's in Jefferson City and the teenage so-called manager in charge, Tiara, curtly informed me that she would not redeem that coupon. She was extremely unfriendly and not customer focused. My family was in there this week and spent well over $100. We all have the app and are very frequent Culver's customers. I have a feeling that's why I got the survey. If I would've known than what I know now I would've given them a terrible review but as it was, I gave them all five stars. I had a chance today to come back and redeem the coupon and was refused. If you get an email from Culver's unsolicited asking for you to fill out their survey just be aware, they will not give you a free scoop. Especially if this young woman is in charge of the store.
