Great coffee, made in house pastries and incredible atmosphere make for a must stop coffee shop! If you are reading this it mean you care about your coffee. They have in house roasted coffees with a current (6.21.23) pour over "Pink" a MUST try. The pastries, muffins and breads are all top notch. If you frequent the Lake of the Ozarks area, stop by the sleepy town of Eldon, Mo. it's located about 20 minutes north of the lake. You'll find unique little shops and cafes like Serendipity Roasting. They are an adorable coffee place in a renovated old building. The baristas/owners were delightful. We tried the Vietnamese coffee, Cafe Americano and a chocolate chip biscotti. The Vietnamese coffee was a presentation at your table. It was absolutely divine! Sweet, creamy, pure coffee! Hubby had a Cafe Americano with homemade hazelnut syrup. His coffee was hand brewed and the beans hand ground as you order. The coffee was piping hot and delicious. Stopped in for lunch with the whole family, everything was delicious! The large back room is perfect for groups, as is the pizza We also ordered some flavored lemonades (one was Mermaid flavor which is blue raspberry), a Croissant Sandwich, the Avocado Toast (plus bacon, of course) and Tortilla Soup. The environment is super inviting and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They roast their own beans, offer hot/cold drinks (various bubble fraps, flavored lemonades cold espresso as well as all the classic hot options). They offer a variety of homemade muffins which are delicious. Definitely one of those places you'll want to come back and sample all the things they offer! Ok... calling all coffee lovers! I just left this place with an iced lavender honey coffee, probably not something I would have ordered on my own; however, I told the young co owner of this establishment to make me her favorite... hands down the best iced coffee I have ever had! Do yourself a favor, stop in and give them a try. The shop was very inviting... and next to an ice cream shop! (Didn't try the ice cream, but maybe next time we drive through Eldon we will do both places ;)) read more

Came all the way from California to enjoy Serendipity and it did not disappoint! The employees are super friendly and the environment is very inviting. My husband and I were in town from St. Louis, and we stopped at Serendipity Roasting for some coffee and a snack. The place is family owned and run. Everyone working was very friendly, welcoming, and excited to share their coffee and pastries with us. You can tell that they love what they do and care about it on a personal level. We had a great experience while in the shop! The two brews we got were delicious, as was the lemon-lavender cupcake! We definitely recommend it to people living in the area or those visiting :) read more

This place was such a gem, definitely worth the detour if you're from out of town heading towards the Lake or onwards. They have alternative milks and a muffin that could accommodate many allergies, as well as delicious "standard" fare.
