I went to Casey's about 20 minutes ago ordered pizza. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes I left my house 5 minutes later and drove 2 miles the pizza was ready I got home the pizza was raw I am I'm arrested because I had friends over to watch football game. We threw pizza away and they paid for Subway. The store was clean and cashiers were friendly. One more thing about the food they put no tomato sauce on the pizza they gave me a small scooner of tomato Sauce I will never go back or recommend Tipton Casey's. This place is an utter mess. Take my recommendation and stay far away! The last three times I ordered food I have gotten calls to cancel due to the store being out of stock of ingredients. This time was the worst. As there was a second sandwich, I went in to get the one they could make. No manager on site. The tall, thin, young kid in a black shirt and red baseball cap started shouting at me that I had been rude and he would be telling the manager about me in the morning. He said he hoped I got banned from the store for life and that he had cancelled the other sandwich as he was refusing service. He refused to give his name. If you like not getting what you ordered and having some kid with no authority cancel your order for no good reason, this is the place for you. If, on the other hand, you want good service, keep far, far away! I don't know if this is normal operating procedure for Casey's, but I don't plan to find out. Casey's is off my list of places to shop. read more

Newer style of Casey's. I have been to many of them but I have never seen one built this way. It reminds me of a QT with the cashier in the center of the building. Pizza is always good and it's the regular stop on the way to Jacobs Cave. read more

Caseys haves some rude employees. I called to order two pizza and the lady was hatefull then when i went to pick them up she saw me standing there and turn away walked further back in the kitchen and started doing dishes so i rang the bell she said be right there and started to clean a donut machine so the cashier had to grab my pizza and they was not cook fully 25 dollar in the trash. maybe mangment needs to do a lilttle better. I have called for the last two nights to order a pizza. Thursday night I was told it would be an hour before my pizza was done so I told them forget it. I called again Friday night at 5 pm and tried again. This time I was told 1 hour and 20 minutes. What is going on with this store? Last month we even got pizzas that were still doughy in the middle. Someone needs to check this place out. Especially since they are open 24 hours now. How are they going to handle that? Maybe the kitchen needs shut down! read more
