She was specifically rude to an employee named Ryan. she called him names and he responded in the most perfect way. He protected his staff first and handled her with class. He came over and apologized to everyone in the store about what happened as well.

Their burger and fries are A number one but I feel like it's all gotten greasier, whereas the buns are full of grease and the fries are soggy. At least that's been my experience the last two times I've been there. All that said, both are still better than the nearby fast food options! I would highly recommend eating there and not ordering takeout or delivery because of the grease. Like it's so greasy that had I not sat down to eat right away, I may have been upset. I know their burgers are a cheat day for most my friends. They're super good. You can substitute lettuce for a roll if you have to. What you cannot substitute is your heart health so take a walk after eating and limit your intake. Lol Trust me, you'll be back!

As one of the first places that had this elevated style of burger, Five Guys has always been great. We ordered a few burgers and a regular fries to split for a quick dinner. The burgers and fries were delicious. Zero complaints about the taste. The service was quick and friendly. You know the economy is bad though. When the place famous for stuffing your bag full of fries only gives you your order of fries, that's when you know. Either way the fries were delicious and we will be back for more next time i don't want to cook.

This is a busy spot for classic American favorites: burgers, sandwiches and wings. From my previous experience, I knew it's worth checking the menu beforehand. For someone who is trying to make healthier choices, but not salad, this might be a good idea. I remember the last time I had the Classic Grilled Cheese Melt. This time, to avoid beef, bacon, or fried chicken, I decided to substitute a burger with grilled chicken breast for an additional $1. The Frenchie was my choice. I asked for the included Bison dip on the side and added Grilled Cremini Mushrooms for another $1. I simply couldn't find any ready-made combinations that suited my taste. All the burgers, melts and sandwiches come with your choice of fries or tater tots. We waited longer than expected for our food. The restaurant started filling up after we arrived. There were a lot of takeout orders while the dinner rush was starting. They should have a parallel system in the kitchen to keep the dining room moving at its own pace. Anyway, my sandwich was good. The chicken was perfectly grilled. The mushrooms and onions were flavorful, and the provolone cheese was melted and delicious. It's good that I asked to have the Bison dip on the side. We enjoyed the mountain of fries and onion rings (we really liked the breading on the onion rings). The Mac and Cheese was basic, but classic and very tasty. Unfortunately, our feedback on the Steak Hoagie was not so good. It wasn't as expected - a juicy, Buffalo-style, meat and cheese sub. My partner said that too much spice rub made the sandwich salty and dry. It wasn't the experience of dripping, shaved steak covered with lots of melted cheese, grilled peppers and onions. There was none of it. It was dry, smallish and disappointing. Our server Kimora took good care of us. She was smiling, and made our stay very pleasant.

I came with 23 kids on a Wednesday evening, and the staff handled our crew wonderfully. The dining room was clean, there was plenty of seating, and everything ran smoothly. We did a partial catering order and added waffle fries when we arrived -- the nugget tray, sandwiches, and fries were a huge hit! The food was hot, fresh, and the staff had plates, utensils, and plenty of sauces ready to go. The best surprise? The manager had gifts waiting for my kids, and now everyone at school apparently wants a Chick-fil-A water bottle! Huge thanks to the staff for welcoming my loud, energetic bunch with kindness and patience. This was such a fun highlight of the birthday celebration!

So we decided to go grab a quick bite to eat here. This new location looks so clean and modern. I love the fact it has off street parking in the back with another entrance. The staff here were super friendly and very quick with the service. The appeal of seeing them slice the meat and cheese in front of you is unique for a sub place and it was cool. We each got a cold sub. My wife got a regular size turkey sub and I opted for the giant roast beef sub. Now let me say a giant roll isn't really giant compared to other spots in Buffalo. It's comparable to a Wegmans or a DiBella's size roll. Overall, this is a very well assembled and tasty sandwich. I enjoy the fresh taste of the ingredients but wish there were more variety in toppings. The only big downside is the price. I know prices are higher everywhere but it seems a little higher here for the price of a sandwich. We will definitely go back and hopefully the rewards app they have can help with the price.
