I had my "never again" moment with this McDonald's today after going through their drive-thru. It…read moreall started well. I ordered went through the pay window and then to the pick-up window. There weren't many cars in line, but I was told to park my car in a designated space and my food would be brought out to me. (The guy at the window told me this grumpily). After parking, I waited and waited and waited, maybe 20 minutes or so, and it was hot so I had to run my AC. There was another car parked next to me in the same situation. Finally, after seeing the occupant of the other car waiting on their food get out and walk inside I decided to do the same. Turns out they hadn't made our orders yet! They made the food and I finally received it but no apologies or anything. I wrote to corporate (via the Mcdonald's website) about the ordeal. I had originally wanted to go to the Bojangles but they had a long line of cars. I should have just been patient and waited in the Bo-line. It's a shame because I think McDonald's actually has some good food (even if it is not good for you). I think this location will end up like Wendy's down the road. Closed and shuttered.
