I had my "never again" moment with this McDonald's today after going through their drive-thru. It all started well. I ordered went through the pay window and then to the pick-up window. There weren't many cars in line, but I was told to park my car in a designated space and my food would be brought out to me. (The guy at the window told me this grumpily). After parking, I waited and waited and waited, maybe 20 minutes or so, and it was hot so I had to run my AC. There was another car parked next to me in the same situation. Finally, after seeing the occupant of the other car waiting on their food get out and walk inside I decided to do the same. Turns out they hadn't made our orders yet! They made the food and I finally received it but no apologies or anything. I wrote to corporate (via the Mcdonald's website) about the ordeal. I had originally wanted to go to the Bojangles but they had a long line of cars. I should have just been patient and waited in the Bo-line. It's a shame because I think McDonald's actually has some good food (even if it is not good for you). I think this location will end up like Wendy's down the road. Closed and shuttered. read more

Food was unflavored even of salt!! Service was bad, drive thru is given more attention than customers waiting at the counter inside. The male person who served me, left me with a bad experience of not wanting my service. The ambiance was poor. I had the large Deluxe quarter pounder with cheese & the only salt came from the cheese & the pickle! The fries didn't have any salt on them as well! This place had HORRIBLE customer service. The food came out cold as ever. Ambiance was also very bad. WOULD NOT recommend.

Not sure why they say 24 hrs because when I come thru at night no one ever answers at the drive thru. Employees are in there but they do not say anything. Why is McDonald's paying theses people. If you are not open (again lights on people inside and it's 24hrs( then say so. I have waited 5 minutes and I was the first one in line before someone acknowledged that I was there and took my order. In all my 51 years on earth this is the first time I've ever had a bad experience with McDonalds. I don't usually write post but I had to write one up in this. First, I place my order and then they had me pull in slot one to wait to bring out my order. When I got my food the English muffin was hard as a rock, the ham tasted really funny and on top of that my food was cold. I have them an easy order. 20 piece chicken McNuggets,10 piece chicken McNuggets, 2 large fries, 1 medium fry, 1 large sweet ice tea. Easy order right. Get home check the bags wow it's all there except the bbq sauce. Start pulling stuff out the bag. 2 large fries where 1/2 filled the medium fry also 1/2 filled and on top of that not cooked completely. Open up the chicken McNuggets to find the were over cooked. I mean extra crispy extra crunchy extra golden brown. Ended up throwing away 85-90% of the food. My sweet ice tea extra ice was watered down not from the extra ice I ordered though. This was a complete disaster. It always is at this location. Go else where. Burger King, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Taco Bell are with in an extra minutes worth of driving. If i could I'd give this Mcdonalds no stars honestly ! I ordered thru the drive thru and the person taking my order was rude asking " how may i help you " a second time after i said " one second " the first time which she must not have heard. Secondly she couldn't hear me period so i had to order my food at the window , i had to repeat my order 3 times already aggravated! Then i proceed to the 2nd window and the girl there was just NASTY ! she hands me two medium teas when on the receipt it clearly says " upcharge " near the beverages with 0.30 added to the totals. When i inform her she says " no it's two medium teas " but gives me the two larges. I then ask for two straws which were never provided to me and it's very clear that there is an attitude issue ..... i finally get home and what i ordered was incorrect ! I asked for a bacon egg and cheese combo and got a sausage . Smh . Never again returning !
