What stood out most was Joe's kindness and genuine concern for making sure each person in our group had a pleasant experience. Despite our large group and numerous questions, he never seemed rushed or irritated. Instead, he treated us with respect, patience, and a cheerful attitude that made us feel valued as customers. In a world where excellent customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Joe reminded us how much a positive attitude and a caring spirit can brighten someone's day.
