When I go here I have to wait for the employees to finish their cigarettes so they can come in and make my sub. Then they ask me what kind of sub I want. I tell them what kind of sub I want then two seconds later they ask me again. Then I tell them what kind of cheese I want, two seconds later they ask me again what kind of cheese I want because they don't pay attention. Then they ask me if I want it toasted, I tell them yes I've already told you twice that I want it toasted. They really really really do not care and they work at about 20% speed. They hire the absolute laziest people at the Delphos Subway. Then after all the nonsense it costs $14 for a soggy sub and a fountain drink. read more

An employee at Subway, Delphos didn't salt the new Auntie Annes pretzels they just started selling. We were at home eating our sub when I noticed no salt. So I called and told them. She said to bring them back. I told here we're eating right now but will later but my other half said forget all that. She took my name for the manager. The manager Amy called me. Her excuse was, "Well we just got them in today." I don't care. Pretzels aren't difficult to make when they're frozen and all you do is butter, salt, bake. I told her that. She said the only way she'll make me new is if I bring them back. Then she said, "I'm sorry, I pay for that." I asked what does she pay for, she responded the food here. I asked if she's the owner and she said no. I asked her why she lied to me about something like that and asked for corporate. She refused. I asked for any other number. She refused and told me to find that out myself. I told her she's delivering the worst of customer service and so...she hung up on me. I'd like that number because now I have another complaint. Miss Amy the manager was so unprofessional I couldn't believe it was happening. My family is a frequent subway customer and this is how they treat us? I'm literally appalled, no one has ever been so rude, unopologetic, harsh, and refused to work with me. The pretzels are $3 eat and we purchased 2. I'm ashamed of you Subway. I expect an apology for the mistreatment. At this point , the money isn't important anymore. It's the treatment I received from my complaint. Does not honor posted prices on menu boards. Says manager will call, never received call. They lied to BBB saying they offered me a free meal when they did no such thing! Product does not appear fresh, have had GI issues after eating here. Watch for hand washing and glove change- doesn't happen! read more

This Subway once again is opened. If I could I would not even rank it 1 star. Horrible food. My husband and I always enjoy subway when hot outside. We decided to order subway last night from Delphos Ohio. We ordered thru the app to get the $5 deal. I always get the subway melt and my husband got the chicken bacon ranch. My daughter got just a six inch sub. We put all of our ingredients and special requests. When my husband brought our food home, my daughter's sandwich was the only sandwich correct. My husband's sub was supposed to be on wheat and toasted, it was on white and not toasted. My sandwich was supposed to be subway melt and they made me a subway club instead. I doubled checked the app to make sure we entered the correct sub, which we did. My husband took our sandwiches back and he ended up calling me because they only had two slices on ham left and asked if I wanted extra turkey. I not a big fan out deli turkey and I told him I prefer the ham and if they could give me extra bacon. When my husband came home again, he was correct and my sandwich was disgusting. They put both of our sandwiches in the same bag, his was toasted mine not so my bread was very soggy and limp. I was so frustrated that I called back to talk to a manager, but no manager there. I explained to the girl what happened and why would they put a hot sandwich with a cold sandwich. They also did not give me the ham that I requested, but they did give me extra bacon. The girl told me that unless we request it they will put both sandwiches in the same bag. That is like going to Walmart and having cashier put frozen items in with boxes. I told her I was very unhappy and she took my name to have her manager call me. Well to no surprise no call came. But by some chance that my sandwich was not nasty by putting it in the same bag as a toasted sandwich, then who ever made my sandwich gave me a nasty sub bun that was limp and looked doughy.
