Answer: DEEP fried or grilled. Now I am intrigued. I had an eager look on my face, and I was assured, "Honey, deep fried is the way to go." I added an over-medium egg, cheese and mustard. The fries came out fast, and could have used another minute in the fryer for my preference. But they were krinkle cut which I always enjoy. And the paper boat held WAY more than I expected or needed. And then the sandwich arrived on a tiny paper. Unpretentious yet magnificent! The bologna edges had crisped to perfection. The mustard, egg yolk and American cheese blended to golden bliss as I enjoyed this sandwich. The server was very friendly to our table of obviously out-of-towners. I am pretty sure the staff knew all the other customers by name. I debated on the 5-star review, but the place is a dive bar with good food. So I would want others to come after me to know it isn't fine dining. Going in, knowing what to expect will give others a good chance of enjoying this establishment!

They also make cookies, danish, brownies and other baked goods. If your not in the mood for baked goods they also sell breakfast sandwiches, subs, hot dogs, pizza (both breakfast and regular), and ice cream.
