I called and spoke to the store manager and was told they could be replaced if I returned the sandwiches we received right now . I am unable to go up there right now because I have a phone conference with dr and home care for my family member that is scheduled for a few minutes from now . I do have pictures of the subs we received and screenshot of the order . My sub does have a bite out of it because I was hungry but it's not appealing to me they way it was made ..... i just am not able to drive up there with the uneaten subs and wait for a remake after I prove whatever I am being required to prove immediately because I have a commitment. I feel very disrespected, questioning when id be "willing " to take these incorrectly made subs up there to hopefully get correctly made in exchange. No apology, no concern for our situation and no resolution...when I told her I was going to have to go if she was going to speak to me that way , she hung up on me . The lack of understanding for my commitment to care for a very sick elderly family member being my immediate responsibility and the disrespect of the conversation, no apology and being hung up on ..... i will not be a customer for this establishment until there is a respectful resolution or they have a different manager. I have every right to expect what I paid for to be what I received.

In addition to the food, the bar owner and staff were extremely happy to see new faces in town. They were extremely kind and accommodating. The other locals were friendly and asked us about our journey. This is truly the best small town America has to offer. Note that this is a bar and grill - not a diner - so it has a bar atmosphere. They also allow smoking inside, but not many people were smoking so it was not bothersome to us.
