The food was on point. My goodness the tuna, bread and onions were so fresh. It's hard to find a subway who cares about what they serve. But here they did. The service was great. Sweet servers. The store was clean. The food area was neat and clean. I definitely would go out of my way to drive back to this specific store. They even had my bbq lays. A lot of subway stores don't carry it. I ordered 4 subs, 2 were oven baked chicken they came out completely sloppy and didn't have any mustard and either one. I also order and turkey sub and It didn't have mustard, cucumber, jalapeños, banana peppers and they put very little lettuce and spinach when I didn't ask for light lettuce or spinach. I also order an spicy Italian and again the same issue I added guacamole and didn't get that either. I spoke to Viri and she refused to give me cooperates number and wanted me to drive back to remake my subs like I have the time of the day to go back there. Worst experience! Last Friday I came into this particular Subway about nine minutes before closing..... the staff was putting everything up but when I walked in they had no problem taking my order...a young lady, by the name of JOCELYN, was so nice to me. The staff has a lot of heart and pride at this particular Subway. I had a chance to observe their friendliness, attention to detail and making sure that you, the customer, has an awesome experience. I compliment the store manager Lupe, every time I go there. She makes the best fountain juice. It inspired me to imitate the concept of fruits and water and make it part of our daily hydration routine at my job. I have seen the staff handle the lunch crowd with speed and grace. I love that the cashier reminds the guest to scan the app. I also want to acknowledge this store for its cleanliness. Someone is always wiping down the display case, the windows and the door handle, inside and out. Because the parking lot has problems with homelessness, I tried visiting a different Subway store. In my opinion, you can't substitute good service and clean tasting food for a less crowded environment. Needless to say, I'm back at my favorite Subway. Ok this is not always my ideal place to go because the people outside asking for money etc. but my little brother had a craving for a meatball sub so I went. I was not home so I went with the money I had on hand ($14) and no purse, and ended up ordering a sub for my brother, my son, my husband, and myself. Well did I mention I didn't bring my purse...? I did end up using a coupon they emailed me on my phone. I was still $5 short. I told the cashier I would have to take off my sub, but it still wasn't enough. The manager Amir heard and said we won't take off any food, I need you to leave happy. He came to the register and punched in some codes to take off $5 so that I'd have enough for ALL of my sandwiches. Man it's just the little things, because he most definitely did not have to do that!
