Terrible customer service! Our sandwich bread could've been used as a bat at a baseball game. Went and asked the gentlemen if they had any softer bread and stated it was all the same and it's made fresh everyday..... I was just here 5 days ago and my bread was soft and fluffy... he didn't offer to maybe let me try a different bread just stared at me. it's also very hard to eat your meal inside the restaurant as you're getting attacked by gnats the entire time. 1 STAR!!!! Thus location is an absolute tragedy. The service is garbage no matter what time you go. It looks dirty consistently. Don't ever try to do an online order because you will be more depressed than a guy going through his 3rd divorce. If you call to address the mess that was delivered you will be even more angry at the response you get. I finished my shift at 9 PM and made the nearly 30-minute drive to the subway, which is conveniently close to my house and stays open until 10 PM. I thought it would be a great opportunity to grab a bite to eat. However, when I arrived at 9:32, I found the doors locked, the "open" sign turned off, and the employees inside busy mopping the floors. Can someone explain how a place that is supposed to close at 10 PM is already shutting down at 9:30? I noticed that the two workers inside looked quite young, possibly teenagers or in their early twenties, which made it clear why they felt comfortable closing early--probably because their manager wasn't around. There was also a woman in there, but I could only make out her ponytail. I had driven all this way to pick up subs for my son and me for dinner, only to find that I couldn't even get any food. I had to rush to another place before everything else closed since they also shut down at 10 PM. It's incredibly frustrating to see this subway employ people who seem indifferent to their responsibilities. It's disheartening that some staff members think it's acceptable to cut corners like this. read more

This the poorest ran subway in the area. It used to be just the kids in the evening wearing earpods while serving with filthy counters and disgusting ingredient tubs all sitting with the lids open or bain glass up. I even had to remind a boy to put on gloves and even then they didnt wash before doing so. This morning my wife walks up at 9:10 and they advertise they open at 9. The Lady doesn't have the courtesy to walk to the door, but Wells at her from the dining room they wont be open til 9:30. I cant wait til this place shuts down to allow a more deserving business to occupy this space. read more

The worse Subway you could ever go too. I've been coming here for over 20 years, and it's not the same. The food taste bland and boring compared to what it used to be. The quality and dedication of the employees has never been as bad as it has been the last few years. Online ordering is a joke, it's never ready when it's supposed to be. The only reason to do an app order is for using coupons. If Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's ever comes to town, this place would be history. Those girls at this location need to be re trained or fired.. it's always a wrong order with them or they just don't listen or they also be trying to hurry with an order so they don't gotta work?? . The last 6 months or so this place has really gone downhill. We got two subs and a wrap and all three sandwiches are sub par. Bread was old and crust was just flaking off the top. Vegetables appeared frozen. Cold cut trio just looks like all one meat (see pics). read more

i walkd in dat store man and jeez!! them subs was kickin baby!!! but when i walked in there i almost busted my ... you know what comes next. i walked in and a stinky obese family was in there sitting down absolutely demolishing them foot longs baby. they smelled like a run down abandoned sewer stream in Saudi arabia. as i was ordering my sub... one of the obese children slipped and fell causing the whole ground to shake which cause my sub to fall on the ground. the young man with lots of pretty hair then kindly redid my order. oh yeah! the obese family then began to walk out the father slipped and fell into the door which caused the glass to complately shatter. epic fail! wow that boy done made my subs good. good job!!!! service 5 obese fat family -1 read more

Service is never reliable. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. Personally, I haven't enjoyed much of their food since this location stopped serving breakfast. The wraps were the best food they ever had. read more

Ordered what I wanted and they didn't put up nowhere near nothing that I ordered on my subs , one girl just came in from the back door and messed up my whole order, didn't check it out till I got home, stupid punks, I'll never go to clover SC subway, it'll be worth the trip to go to York from now on.
