I had a friend pick up an order from the drive-thru for me on his trip to Clover earlier. He ordered a Smoky BLT for me with fries and a shake. The fries and shake were fine, but according to your website, the burger was supposed to have bacon, lettuce and tomato on it, thus the NAME, and not only was it missing all of that, bit it also had onions and mayo on it. It was pretty terrible and not at ALL like what I was expecting, based on your site. On top of that, the receipt is illegible in places, so I can't read all the numbers. I'm really, really disappointed, but when I called the phone number I repeatedly got a fast busy signal, and when I tried to do the online survey it kicked me off because the numbers weren't right. read more

i order my burger the exact same way every time and go to only this mcdonald's, they do a great job every other time ive been there and everyone is nice but this time that i ordered my burger was completely covered in mayonnaise and salt and had 13 pickles on it. i know i said extra pickles but 13 is a little crazy ngl. also the dude couldn't figure out how to open the window but that was pretty funny. read more

First time here while in Clover. I am not from the area. Took the kids for lunch on Saturday. It was clean and modern for McDonald's which was super appreciated when having four kids in tow. We did have to order at the self serve kiosk which took a little longer then just going to the counter to order but it was fine. The food was brought to the table and it was hot. The restrooms were also clean, another positive. The only complaints I witnessed was no one was cleaning the tables in between customers and an employee was going out to smoke right by the door and going right back in. read more

It's McDonald's, all the food is the same as the other. I just recommend this, NEVER ORDER ANY KIND OF SANDWICH. Not a burger or any of the selection of chicken sandwiches. They never get the toppings right. If you want your order to be correct, get chicken nuggets. read more

After ordering at home on the app, driving 15 minutes, waiting at curbside for another 10 minutes, I finally had to go in and get my order to be told by the rude, snarky woman with red hair they were "busy with other people's orders" even though not o e car had come through the drive thru and there was no one at the counter. 25 minutes to get to my order? Really????? She then handed me my already made up bag of food that no one had time to bother to deliver. Only to be treated to a half empty container of ice cold fries. Most of the time in the mornings it's a good place to visit however lately the lady working the second window is rude and ignorant. She is about 300lbs so you can't miss her and she clearly hates her job so she argues with customers as if it's her job. If you go and see the starting linebacker for the Chicago bears (female version with long dreadlocks) working just go ahead and plan on being treated like sh"$.....the food is usually on point though. read more

On December 22, 2018 I went to the McDonalds in Clover, SC. I had a Sausage McMuffin. I bit down on a bone. I pulled the bone out of my mouth the size of a piece of rice and showed my husband. I said, "that smarted" my husband asked if I was okay. I said that I thought so, but it hurt. I did not keep the bone or say anything. I figured I would be fine. My back tooth continued to hurt and it got to the point that I could not handle the pain anymore. I saw my dentist on January 9th and found I had a major crack in that tooth. I decided to contact McDonalds and they put me in touch with the owner of the Clover McDonalds. I spoke to him on the phone and he told me he was going to file a claim with his insurance company. His insurance company denied my claim, because I had no proof and I waited so long to report it. I told her that my receipt is proof I was there, that I ordered the item, my husband was witness, that I did not have a crack in my tooth prior to the sausage and there should be a video that shows me pulling the bone out of my mouth and showing my husband. I did not know that I cracked my tooth on the bone or I would have reported it at that time. I have had a filling, root canal, two x-rays and then my permanent crown that I received on May 9, 2018. My dentist office provided all my prior X-rays on the tooth in question to the insurance company. My crack was a direct cause of the bone in the sausage McMuffin. McDonalds is responsible for an inferior product and should be held accountable. read more
