There was also a woman in there, but I could only make out her ponytail. I had driven all this way to pick up subs for my son and me for dinner, only to find that I couldn't even get any food. I had to rush to another place before everything else closed since they also shut down at 10 PM. It's incredibly frustrating to see this subway employ people who seem indifferent to their responsibilities. It's disheartening that some staff members think it's acceptable to cut corners like this.
