After…read morea really crappy day my son and I came through the drive-through to order some food to take home. We paid separately which they wanted to act like it was an issue but no one was in line at all. We order our food and when my son was done ordering his he asked to make sure she got his code and the lady started screaming at him saying it comes off at the end. We then get up to get our food he basically throws the food at us and gives us one straw for two drinks. I sat at the window, waiting for him to come back and when he sees me he rolls his eyes and opens the window maybe an inch. I asked politely can you please give us another straw and he throws to me and slams the window. We get home our food is cold our nuggets are old and my burger that I asked for extra onions had barely any onions and it was so old it had a black ring around it. They also didn't give us any sauce for all of our nuggets. I called and asked if we could get our food remade while speaking to this manager who was the mail who threw the food at us and he said OK and hung up. My son proceeds to drive back up there to get our food remade and they would only remake our fries. They wouldn't even give us our sauce for the nuggets. Mind you we got two free fries so they only gave us what we didn't pay for which makes no sense. So now we just spent $4 in gas going back and forth for apparently no reason. It's literally always this male manager and this girl who has red hair. Every single time we go there and they are working we have an issue. Thank you for replacing only our free fries and replacing them with even worse ones.
