Literally the most incompetent McDonald's I've ever been to and that has to say something. After a really crappy day my son and I came through the drive-through to order some food to take home. We paid separately which they wanted to act like it was an issue but no one was in line at all. We order our food and when my son was done ordering his he asked to make sure she got his code and the lady started screaming at him saying it comes off at the end. We then get up to get our food he basically throws the food at us and gives us one straw for two drinks. I sat at the window, waiting for him to come back and when he sees me he rolls his eyes and opens the window maybe an inch. I asked politely can you please give us another straw and he throws to me and slams the window. We get home our food is cold our nuggets are old and my burger that I asked for extra onions had barely any onions and it was so old it had a black ring around it. They also didn't give us any sauce for all of our nuggets. I called and asked if we could get our food remade while speaking to this manager who was the mail who threw the food at us and he said OK and hung up. My son proceeds to drive back up there to get our food remade and they would only remake our fries. They wouldn't even give us our sauce for the nuggets. Mind you we got two free fries so they only gave us what we didn't pay for which makes no sense. So now we just spent $4 in gas going back and forth for apparently no reason. It's literally always this male manager and this girl who has red hair. Every single time we go there and they are working we have an issue. Thank you for replacing only our free fries and replacing them with even worse ones. read more

I wish I could give a lower rating. One of the female employees working the drive thru on 12/21/2025 at 8pm called our group a bunch of fata**es. The food was also undercooked and poorly made. I get it, it's a fast food place but that type of treatment is ridiculous. read more

in the last month, there have been about five times that I've come through and ordered 2 to 3 double cheeseburgers with only ketchup and cheese every single time I've ordered one they have gotten my order wrong and put mustard, onions, and pickles on my burgers every single time. And every time I go in and I tell them the mistake and I met with a bad attitude for them getting my order wrong. I tried to be nice and just explain that this isn't what I ordered but the managers they're still treat me like I'm being a nuisance and messing up their day. This is really unfortunate because I enjoy going to this McDonald's and getting burgers when I don't have time to cook, but I just don't think I can do it anymore. read more

A lot of one star reviews are false. Food was great and warm and fries were heavenly. Service was excellent. Ambience was OK.

How hard is it to just make sure an order is complete!?! It's bad enough that you have to pay premium prices, a delivery fee and tip when going through DoorDash, but to have the staff lack the bare minimum competency to make sure the item are all there is insane. 100% management fault. Stop hiring the bottom of the rung when it comes to staff. I worked restaurants for over 20 years and I would never all this level of service to go unnoticed. The franchisee needs to have a serious come to Jesus conversation with the General Manager, and straighten this place out. read more

On the way to work went through drive through and ordered sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. Got it and it had no egg. Gave it back and sat there for a couple minutes. Was given it back and assumed it was fixed. They gave me the same damn sandwich back! Still no egg. read more

Decent quality and always a line for the drive-thru. The good news is that this means the food's constantly moving and stays fresh. There are two ordering lanes, which merge at the payment and pick-up windows. I ordered a Bacon Habanero Ranch Quarter Pounder and was given a Deluxe Quarter Pounder. Well I feel Like every time I go thru the drive thru and ask for ice cream their either out or machine is broken down.

2.5 stars. Stopped for coffee early this morning simply because my mother had a coupon. The speaker at the drive thru was horrible, it kept going in and out. The drive thru staff was unaware of the coupons circulating and had to check with management. Once the coupon was verified, service was fast and efficient. It was nice to see the staff so friendly that early in the morning! My coffee was nice and hot. Satisfied customer. read more

This McDonald's has got to be one of the worst McDonalds in the area if not the country. That sucks considering it's so convenient to our home. We hit the drive thru around 9:30pm. No other cars in line which is unusual. It gets pretty busy there usually. Anyway, we ordered two 10 piece meals and 2 chicken sandwiches. First window was really good...very polite, repeated order, and said thank you, have a good night. Second window is where the decline in service began. The guy had the personality of the cold fries we would get. He handed us one large drink, then followed that with the remaining two drinks and didn't say a word. Got the bag of food shortly after that and he mumbled something unable to be understood. Knowing the quality of service this place is known for, we pulled forward to make sure our order was correct. Two ten pieces and 2 chicken sandwiches as ordered. Never mind needing straws or the 2 sweet and sour and 2 honey mustard sauces we asked for. Not sure if we were supposed to drive around through the drive through again due to COVID best-practices, I shifted to park and went inside. The second window employee stated with emptiness as I asked for the sauces and straws. First he handed me the straws and went back to staring off into LaLa land. The puffy manager emerged from around the corner and with her most unprofessional attitude, declared to me that no one was allowed in their lobby. I politely responded, "your guy fucked up our order." "It doesn't matter" she responded. I replied I only needed sauce. Momentarily returning from LaLa land, window #2 boy hands me a bag. The portly manager then sarcastically wished me a good night in that most annoying tone that would stop any rational person in their tracks and question what her problem was. Instead, I politely exited the lobby whilst announcing to her what she could do. I returned to my car and handed the bag to my loving wife. My wife quickly glanced in the bag before I began to pull off only to find two straws and 1 sweet and sour sauce and 1 honey mustard. My wife, who admittedly wears the pants, leapt out of the car commenting how 1 sauce per 10 nuggets is unacceptable and not what was on the order board. Everyone knows ten nuggets get 2 sauces!! After a minute or two, I called an audible and sent our son on a Hail Mary to make sure his mother wasn't going to make the 10:00 news. As he ran the route towards the door, I glanced in the side mirror to see my loving wife coming out. Alas, we were finally going to enjoy our cold nuggets with the adequate amount of sauce that is required. But wait...another quick glance into the mirror revealed my loving wife leaning back into the door and asking "Excuse me?" At this point, I realize that we are ride or die and exit our car like a baseball team clearing the bench. I get to the door as my son has proceeded to slip his mother's block only to find out that Window #2 boy proceeded to tell my wife "Fuck you bitch." after she asked for another of each sauce and another straw. The manager wasn't receptive to the criticism nor concerned about why they have such poor reviews. As Window #2 boy realized his mouth had written a check his moobies weren't able to cash, he hid as the dumpy manager threatened to call the police if we didn't get out of her store. She then proceeded to give us her managers name as if we didn't know his name already. What a pathetic management team. An excellent location that no doubt loses money due to poor management, crappy food, and inexcusable customer service in general. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Went thru the drive thru and was "parked" which is not a big deal. 10 minutes later, my food had not been brought out. A simple cheeseburger and fry order. I called in to the restaurant, where manager Chad answered and said the food would be right out. It did come out pretty fast, but it was the incorrect order. After a total of 20 minutes since I had paid, the correct order came out. The cheeseburger wasn't even wrapped, the fries were soggy as if they had been bagged 15 minutes earlier and the bag was soaked with grease. I decided to call back to let Chad know that it was an undesirable experience and he HUNG UP on me! What?! After that, with their caller ID, they wouldn't answer the phone when I called back just looking for an apology. read more

I got a cheeseburger no pickles my bun was kind of torn apart they didn't even add onions and it was very dry with only a little drop of ketchup and mustard. Then on top of that I got cold fries and a mc chicken and it has half a bottle of mayo on it and the chicken was dry and tough. Then got an orange hi-c and it was so watered down idk how no one said anything about changing the juice... and to make it all so much better they messed up my stuff while I'm sitting here in the hospital after having a baby. pathetic... read more

First of all if your going to serve breakfast at 3am make sure everything is done by then. I have gone there a little after 3am almost everything isn't made or ready yet.
