I had such a great experience at the Starbucks on Wilmington Pike this morning! The drive-thru location is incredibly convenient, especially if you're traveling on I-675 South--it's just a quick hop off the highway for a coffee stop without going out of your way. What really made the visit stand out was Jess at the drive-thru window. She was so fun, bubbly, and genuinely friendly. You could tell she truly enjoys her job and loves interacting with customers. Her positive attitude completely brightened my morning. I've been to plenty of Starbucks locations where employees seem tired or disengaged during the morning rush, but Jess brought such a refreshing energy that made the experience memorable. I was also impressed by the variety of cold foam options available. It's nice to see a location offering so many customization choices for drinks. Between the convenient location, excellent selection, and outstanding customer service, this Starbucks has definitely earned a spot as one of my favorites when I travel.
