Incredibly rude, unprofessional and combative staff. A lady beside me in line started with her bread order and they yelled at her "What kind of sandwich?" multiple times, without giving her time to answer. When it came time to make my sandwich the female employee pointed to some salad dressings on her right and asked me what kind of dressing I wanted on my sandwich-- I said no dressing. When we got to the end of the line with the mayo and oil/vinegar and I asked for some she yelled at me and said "YOU SAID no dressing." I've been going to Subway for 30 years and mayo is always last and it's not a dressing. I'm skipping this one from now on. If you have issues, talk to the guy next door in the ABC store who is the franchise owner. read more

Absolutely not. As a lifelong big guy, I've never seen such an attempt at a sandwich. Ordered this via the app. It was supposed to be an, "Oven Toasted Turkey & Ham" sandwich. It contained enough lettuce for a family of four and a grand total of 1 slice of turkey and 1.5 slices of ham. Took it back inside and asked if this was what a normal sandwich should contain and got the dumbest look in history. Never again. Also, it wasn't toasted. Just all bad. read more

A couple of argumentative customers were before me. I just assumed it was the hot muggy weather that makes people difficult. Until I got to the cashier. Has to ask twice for a separate bag for the drinks, chips and cookies opposed to two foot longs in the same bag. Nothing cool about hot sandwiches with cold drinks. Well I grabbed the bag from the counter and literally forced the cashier to bag them in another. When I finally got to my hotel room I saw he even crammed two different kinds of cookies in one small bag instead of matching the fancy price by being a cheap bagger. Does subway have a bag shortage? I visit this particular Subway at least once per week to take my husband lunch. The manager always remembers me and greets me with the warmest smile. It's not just me. She recognizes all her customers not only by face but she knows what they usually order. This to me is an amazing attribute to the efficiency and volume of this store. I used to hit these guys for lunch about twice a month for the last year when I could sneak away from work long enough to eat in. The staff has always been friendly those they are often all but overwhelmed by a varied/eclectic bunch from nurses to soldiers to postal workers to bikers like me. Place is always clean, never try to pass of hard/crumbly bread as fresh and don't seem to mind my weird order combos as other Subways seem to. The staff is ALL home-grown American which is rather refreshing when trying to banter or joke as you go through the line. I've caught them dropping items to throw them away or touching other non-food items and not only change gloves, but wash their hands - and no...they didn't know I'd seen them. Very impressed with that! I don't visit anymore lately because I've gone low-carb and Subway doesn't offer lettuce wraps intstead of using bread like they once did...bad show, that, Subway. :( read more
