If I could put 0 stars I would. This location has the most unprofessional workers I've ever met. If you go before 10am then they continuously remind you or cut you off and immediately let you know that they no longer serve breakfast. I went this morning and when I tried to order the lady said "we don't serve breakfast" and when I said I wasn't there for breakfast then she just said "well we are closed". I waited for about 30 mins for two Uber orders and they asked for the name about 4-5 times and I showed them over and over again and then they tell me after waiting the whole time that some one else took the order.. Hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I have EVER experienced, and that is saying something. Twice now we have had to wait for over 20 minutes, this time it was close to 40! We had a very simple online order of two 5 dollar cravings boxes with drinks. What we got was MAYBE enough to consist of one box and 1/4 of another. They had our order up on the monitor, and with a smile on her face, the young woman handed me this and said this was it. Tonight, at around Midnight I was on a Doordash order at this Taco Bell location. This is a town I'm not used to being in but for the time being I am out this way... well I got stuck in the line for about 15 minutes and by the time I finally got up to the speaker box, the man running the drive thru very rudely informed me that I will not be receiving my order through the drive-thru. Mind-you I understand this is usually the case but, upon arrival the parking lot was extremely full and the line was also a mile long. The man at the drive through proceeded to tell me after I heard a sigh and a slam over the speakers that he just left to check and there were now about 7 open parking spaces.... therefore, had time to stop the mile long line to look at a parking lot but no time to hand out a dash order through the window and no professional tone even if he couldn't due to procedures.. So, I proceeded to come inside to pick up the order and enter to a lobby full of 10 (no exaggeration, I did a headcount) other DoorDashers/Uber Eats drivers. Inside the kitchen staff spoke to nobody. Helped 0 out of 11 Dashers out for another 30 minutes. The whole restaurant is extremely messy all the tables are dirty. Nobody is wearing name tags; the manager is wearing an ankle monitor. Somebody send help. An order pickup at a fast-food restaurant especially one like taco bell should not ever take an hour (and waiting) I would love to give a half star review but unfortunately, I can't. Now allow me to let you in on a little secret. I. Love. Taco Bell. As a vegetarian, this fast food chain has made my life so much easier on so many road trips... But y'all. The Cayce location on Knox Abbott Rd. just can't do right by me. At least 50% of the time I go there (which isn't very often, mind you) they screw up. And it's not even the wrong order... it's just my order made wrong. (See picture below). A cheese quesadilla... with no sauce and the cheese isn't even melted??? Did you try? I don't even want to get into how many times this has happened - if I wanted that crappy of a sad quesadilla I would stayed home and not spent the cash. Do better Taco Bell. It isn't great, isn't terrible. The people at the window are typically really nice & polite. The cooks are a different story. I'm allergic to tomatoes and it's been rather often that they ignore where it says "NO TOMATOES" on my mobile orders. They also ignore other add ons sometimes. Also the inside dining is almost ALWAYS closed. Definitely only come here if you're planning on going to the drive thru. It is fast food tho. So I can't expect too much. I just do wish at the very least that the cooks would pay better attention to add ons and special instructions. read more

The evening staff is always rude, I frequent this location as I live close by. I placed my order on the mobile app so in could save some time and skip the drive through. I myself work in the same industry as a the Catering Supervisor for a college so I understand busy times etc. Repeatedly though it's been rude and something needs to change. I had a bad experience with a rude staff member few months ago at this location, but for the past month or so everyone I've encountered at the drive-thru has been very friendly! They have also always gotten my order right, which hasn't usually been the case at other Taco Bell locations as my order is more customized rather than ordering items as-is (i.e. no lettuce, add such-and-such, sides.) I always get Cheesy Gordita Crunches and they're great. At other places, when I asked for no lettuce, they seemed to still leave the gap in the taco where the lettuce would go, but at this location they just fill it with more meat and cheese rather than leaving half of it empty. I really like this Taco Bell and would recommend it. read more
