Staff was rude! I drove all this way to get taco bell that i have been craving it was 1:50 & they wouldn't let me order

I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap with fiesta potatoes... when I got home, I opened my order & they made a beef Crunchwrap with potatoes... I was highly upset considering I don't eat meat like that. AND IT WAS EVEN ON THE RECEIPT THAT I HAD ORDERED A BLACK BEAN CRUNCHWRAP. Things like this cannot happen. Employees need to pay attention instead of yelling & playing loud ass music. First of all, not only did we get our hopes up to have such an amazing experience here, but the woman in the window decided to have an attitude with the two of us and quite frankly I really don't deal with that ever. She said they were out of hard and soft tacos so when I asked what they had, she had no answer. She tried to tell me, a Hispanic that tacos don't come on the hardshell or soft shell, and when I try to say "yes they do, I don't understand what y'all do or don't have" she decided to call me sweetheart and be so rude so we left the drive-through. Quite frankly, I really don't expect this when being a paying customer. Please train your employees better as this is unacceptable. read more

Food was ok I guess but I got some of the worst sloppy of my life in the parking lot of this mid establishment. She has braces and everything, and when I tell you that shit hurt I mean I was bleeding where my pubes used to be (they got caught in her braces). Been going here for years but I finally decided to stop since you'll get the wrong order 90% of the time and that's if they can even figure out how to work the headset to pull you through the drive thru. Went through the drive-thru and asked for beef tacos with chipotle. Made it home to find out I had beef tacos with no sauce. I looked at the receipt to see if I got charged for it. Sure enough I did. Don't charge me for something you're not going to give me. read more

But after waiting 30 mins in line was told they just did their last order for the night after making me wait for ten more minutes to deliver those orders then tell me they weren't taking anymore and nearly two hours before the stores posted closing hours for drive-thru?!? I have been to this Taco Bell twice now and both times I haven't had a good experience. I just went to get a beef Quesario & I've never had a issue before ordering this item but apparently it was only available for Mobil orders which doesn't make since to me. I then changed my entire item and asked for no sour cream, get my food it has sour cream in it. I also asked for a LARGE blue raspberry freeze. And they gave me a small kids size strawberry freeze. I then asked her to give me a large because that's what I asked for and she gave me the excuse that it wasn't pouring right and that it was better than spending 3$ more on a large drink. Which is dumb to me. That's 3$ more than could've went towards y'all's business. So I took it as laziness ... it could've been an easy fix. Not going to be going to this location anymore. read more

Something changed a few months ago, literally everything has gone downhill. Tonight I waited 30 minutes for my food...it's supposed to be fast food. From now on we are making food at home. Taco Bell was my last resort to eating fast food but no more TBell or take out period. I used to receive well made food the way it should be, not a thrown together mess that I don't even want to consider eating. What was a decent place to eat is now a mistake every single time. Even when it's slow. I tried to keep giving this place a chance but it seems to be getting even worse now. I feel stupid for eating here and curse me for ever have. This was the worst customer service ever. There are a lot of people standing around when I walk on. A fellow customer points to 2 kiosks and says that you have to order there because no one will take your order. There is a woman that shuffles up to the front counter and looks like she would rather be anywhere that here. She asks another customer what she is waiting on. She then turns around without saying anything and goes to get it but gives her coworkers a hard time about not doing something. I had the same experience as the fellow customer did. Do not order delivery from this Taco Bell! This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks they have blessed up an order of mine, just last week I ordered food and was missing a whole chalupa, today I ordered and they gave me a raw chalupa, like the shell had not been fried and was doughy. So, it *is* a Taco Bell, and really, I shouldn't complain. But I will anyway. Every time I have come here, my order has been wrong. And every time I have checked while pulling away, I have remembered that the exit feeds directly back onto the street and there is no way to loop back into the drive through easily. Placed an online order. Already paid for it. Went to pick it up. No one at the speaker or window. Lights were on. Workers were in parking lot, on their phones. We asked if they were open, and they said "Oh, yeah. We closed early because we didn't have enough workers." I was just upset because it seemed like they didn't want to work, so they closed early. They were supposed to be open for another hour, but once we told them we already placed an order, they just told us to cancel. The app and google both said they were open. They didn't even apologize. No one every go here their service is terrible. They tell customers to go inside and order. It's just funny how they have the easiest job and yet they screw orders up yet they want to get paid more. Ordered their nachos since i was craving some, horrendous idea. My delivery service probably is partly to blame for the mushiness of my food and i probably knew better than to order nachos by delivery but they were horrible. I asked for no beans and no nacho cheese sauce but received both and gross sour cream. And the order came 40 mins late too. Won't be eating Taco Bell for a very very long time. read more

The employees here don't care about customer service and are the rudest employees I have ever met ANYWHERE. the white girl that works the drive thru window needs to find a new job. she doesn't know customer service and she's probably never said the words "thank you" in her life, because she sure has never said it to me any of the 3 unfortunate times i've had to deal with her at the window. she literally hands you your food and then closes the window and puts her back to it. surprise! you forgot to hand me my drink so i'm still sitting right here, much to your dismay. learn some BASIC customer service, but first and foremost, please get fired. read more
