The service Bad on 7/27/25 the lady (Carol) in front had an attitude like customers were bothering her waiting in line to order was complaining customers are at the counter. And then after I received my sandwich that I ordered without mayo and pickles I check to make sure it was correct before I walk back to Pilot and she started bitching at me for checking my order at a unoccupied table . Guess I should have known better than to make a special order. Requested NO mayo, and instead go no pickles (which are my fav part) and EXTRA mayo. Didn't realize it was such a difficult request. The tenders were cold, and very small. The fries had no texture, or flavor. Bojangles is just terrible.

Had lunch here today. Got the new chicken wings I got the Buffalo ones. Let me say I love Bojangles but skip these wings. I ordered the 10 piece and a large sweet tea. It was $18... I love hot wings but these were swimming in a pool of Buffalo sauce. So much I had to wipe them off to try and eat them. The buffalo sauce was super salty. I was only able to eat 6 wings... tossed the rest in the trash. I do not recommend these at all. Bojangles needs to stick to your fried chicken only. It's fabulous. I have ordered several times through the drive-thru & haven't really had any issues. My order was usually correct & everything tastes good. The last time we stopped in, we went inside to order because we had 2 orders. My co-worker & I both ordered the same thing & I received mine before I could even fill up my drink. Her order, however, didn't come up so quickly. We ended up waiting for a few minutes & approached the counter. A gentleman (I believe he might have been a manager or something) asked if he could help us & we told him what we were waiting for. A minute later he came back out & handed us the order. This is by far the worst Bojangles I've ever been to out of three different states. They will get your order completely wrong and then get mad when you have to go back inside to figure out why you didn't get what you paid for. They will also charge you more than on the menu and I would not recommend stopping at this Bojangles but if you do be sure to check your bag because they have a reputation of miss bagging items or leaving things out but charging you more, they also pocket money. read more

Well for starters it was my first time going to a Bojangles. The lady in the drive thru was rude and rushing me, half the menu wasn't even showing, when I tried to tell her she cut me off and proceeded to have an attitude. When I ordered and went to the next window she was still very rude. Than forgot half of my food and didn't give me a receipt so I could fix the order. I decided to use their curbside pickup when I ordered through the app. I parked in the curbside pickup space and clicked "I'm here" and even called the phone number. No one picked up the phone. If you have no other option and don't mind being rushed through your order-This is your place. The food may be fresh depending on when you go- if it is just opening or close to just having opened, yes; if you go an hour to close to closing, you may not be so lucky. And count your change-You may be shorted or blessed with too much.. use a debit card to make it easygoing on the cashiers. The new renovation of the building made a huge difference in appearance but did not do much for some of the workers demeanors. read more

I went to drive thru for breakfast this morning and had the worst customer service ever. I asked the cashier to hold on so I could look at the menu ( I don't go to bojangles very often and was not familiar with the menu options.) she said she couldn't hear me. ( which is understandable and ok I repeated myself a little louder so she could hear me. I was then ready to order. I said I wanted a #1, she came back with an attitude in her voice to ask what drink and size. I ignored the attitude because it was busy and told her large with a Pepsi zero. she then asked if I wanted egg or cheese on that I told her both. I also asked for an additional sandwich. she called back the order as an egg and cheese biscuit. I told I wanted the chicken sandwich ( which is what a #1 is). she snapped back that yes that was a chicken biscuit. she then gave me a total. I told her I wasn't finished. I ordered another #1 to which she got an even bigger attitude and repeated my order. I said yes but I wanted another #1. she got even more agitated yelling my first order back at me again. I decided I did not want food from this location anymore and went to Wendy's instead where I received better service. I work in customer service and have worked in management in retail many times and understand a busy day can be frustrating but I was very calm the whole time trying to take this into consideration. I hope the lady has a better day but she needs to understand her bad day should not be reflected on the customers just trying to get a meal. read more

Hey everyone, if you're craving some good southern chicken for a decent price just go to a grocery store and make it yourself because this place blows. Everytime I come here I order 3 chicken tenders and an extra biscuit and the price should always be about 11$ but I always get scammed. I swear no matter what they just make make 3 tender boxes and pass them out without looking because I never get my extra biscuit and I end up paying 14$ for some shitty chicken. This lady asks me what sauce I want for my food and they charge me an extra dollar for it?? Like if I knew that I wouldn't have gotten any. Anyways this place sucks and the workers should be investigated for assisting I'm suicides because I know I wanted to die after paying 14$ for some scraps of chicken and half warmed fries and one less biscuit than I paid for. I have been to a lot of Bojangles but this location by far has been the best. The dinning area was very clean and well kept. The customer service was awesome and everyone was very polite and nice. Of coarse the food was good and they had employees walking around refilling tea and giving out samples of cinnamon and boberry biscuits! Great stop! read more

Every time I come in this store it's the same lady at the register with an attitude and a ugly look on her face. She didn't take my order this time but when we got our food my boyfriend wanted to go sit in the back and then she started talking at a volume we could hear saying "why they sit all the way back there like I don't feel like cleaning up" and some other stuff. Isn't that your job though? To clean up and serve food. That comes with dining in. I'll sit wherever I want to sit. I already didn't want to sit in there though cause I hate coming in there when I see her. I don't know if she's the shift manager or what but this is my second rude encounter. I'm trying to change and that comes with letting things be but she got one more time and I'm not gone be quiet and leave if I come back. Nobody should dread going to get food because they feel it's going to be a problem with an employee but I'm not gone walk on eggshells either. I just don't be having time for all that. For everybody else that comes here she is kinda tall , light skin, I think she has freckles and don't forget that frown always on her face. You shouldn't miss her. It's fast food. My last visit wasn't bad, but I have had terrible experiences at this location. They will up charge you on a combo if you don't tell them you want the combo as it is listed on the menu board. Always check your order too! When they're on they're on, when they aren't you'll get old greasy un-seasoned fries, old chicken, and not the best service. More good than bad though.
