Three times in one week I tried to go to this Wendy's to order through the drive-through and all three times I was asked to go inside to order. If I wanted to go inside to order, I would've done so in the first place. Not only has this Wendy's lost business on those three visits, but I will now order at Hardee's next-door. read more

I come to this location in the mornings. Order my food online through the mobile app and when I arrive my food is always fresh and hot. One thing I like the most is the management Belle is so kind sweet and always make sure everything is great. The store is always clean too. Thanks for the hard work guys keep it up. read more

I generally dislike all fast food, but sometimes -- you know -- you need some FOOD, FAST. The only fast food place near me that I can really tolerate is Wendy's. Unfortunately for me, this Wendy's screws up about one out of three orders. Now, I know I *SHOULD* have checked my order when I got it at the drive-through, but I was in a huge hurry and only had about 15 minutes to acquire and eat my lunch. I'm already unhappy that I have to resort to Wendy's, but time is of the essence, so I go through the drive-through and order a plain spicy chicken sandwich. To my chagrin, my meal is almost nine dollars. I'm sitting there thinking "I can't believe I'm paying $9 for bad fast food. I could get an amazing meal at Yesterday's for the same price." Anyway, time is of the essence. So I get home so I can wolf down my overpriced meal. I open it up to find an "All the way" double cheese burger. It smells nasty AF. I can't eat this. I toss it in the garbage and find the receipt. I call the number of the receipt because I'd like to at least get my money back. I call the customer service number. I am then put on hold for half an hour. By this point I'm pissed but I'm IN IT, so of course I hang on the line and every time their dumb little loop of hold messages make another round I get a little more pissed off. Some junk about how Dave Thomas was an orphan or some feel-good nonsense. I dunno. And every 3 minutes or so "STAY ON THE LINE! YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US!" With every "STAY ON THE LINE!" I get a little more angry. FINALLY, someone picks up on Wendy's end. A friendly-enough voice. I explain what happened and tell them I'd like to be compensated for my meal and my time which they have wasted. The guy takes all of my info from the receipt including the store number, the transaction number, the time of purchase, the item purchased, and the incorrect item substituted. He has everything he needs to close this case. He then tells me that someone from the store that screwed up my order would call me. That was it. No "hey, can we send you a coupon for a free meal of the thing you actually ordered" -- no nothing. This is a huge billion dollar corporation and they don't have anything in place to compensate their screw-ups other than "We'll tell this other dude to call you." And guess what? No one from the store ever called me. I wasted 30 minutes on that phone call for nothing. I'm out nearly nine dollars and close to an hour of my time. read more

This place is always slow and badly run. Went there Sunday as was told the drive thru was close and would have to come to her counter. Two people working and moving slow. They are still saying they don't have change to give you because of the pandemic. Only place in town that I have seen still saying that. Do not use the drive thru, not sure about the inside. Waited in line for 45 minutes at the drive thru with 2 cars in front of us. Finally got to the window only to have the it slammed in our face. Was given a burnt baked potato (Thursday, March 21st), they did not have ANY potatoes Friday, and today they had the audacity to accuse us of giving them a fake five (sorry, edit- it was a ten) dollar bill that we had been given BY THEM the week previously the same day they were out of potatoes... The only thing consistent about this establishment is the lack of professionalism and the incredibly ridiculous wait times. We only go to this Wendy's because it's closest to our work, but we will gladly drive down the road to the other location from here on. read more

Arrived around 10pm, waited at the microphone to place my order for around 5mins. After awhile i was told the drive thru was closed and I'd have to come inside. Not that big of a deal, went inside and the store was empty and dirty, trash strewn about all over tables, there was not a single person visible behind the counter. After waiting for a decent amount a worker finally appeared and said "go ahead" I ordered a plain cheeseburger meal and paid and then the worker disappeared again. About 20mins later I received my order, cold and with everything on it. I complained that my food was cold and wrong and the worker argued that I didn't order it plain, after showing her the receipt that clearly said PLAIN, she said "oh my f***ing god" and snatched the bag off the counter. After another 20mins I received my order, this time right but stone cold. Worst service I've ever experienced, I will never be back. read more

My experience at this Wendy's was nothing short of disastrous. I came with my family on a day where I was heading to MUSC for some hospital testing, and a part of that included some minor medication alterations so I was a little more moody than normal: I'd compare it to how my wife feels once a month. My parents and wife were with me, and I got a pulled pork sandwich with broccoli slaw, and cheese and pulled pork fries. The fries were fine, but when I reached the sandwich- the slaw clearly had begun to go bad. It was awful, so I immediately took it back. I got a refund since I didn't think we would have time for a replacement, and the manager handling the register got it and never once said anything about the quality issue. The associate said it must have been that it was broccoli slaw- with five years professional food and customer service I can vouch that it wasn't the slaw. My family told me we had time so I went back- there was a long line so I asked the associate who helped me before if I had to wait in line, that I wanted a replacement after all, and she said to go wait in line. This is where I admit the situation got the best of me and I used a swear word, put the money down and walked away. I calmed down and was walking over to get the manager- upon seeing me approach he got out of the register and came around, and I expected he was going to talk to me about the situation to correct it. Instead, he publicly confronted me, asking me to step aside but also accusing me of inappropriate behavior while doing so. I was shocked- and expressed so. We stepped aside and I told him I would record the conversation, and did, and apologized for using profanity, explained the circumstances... He proceeded to use the fact I admitted I was taking medication as reason to believe I was "a danger to other customers" (my medication has nothing to do with my mental health, it's anti-epileptic, and I am a highly non-violent person who was apologizing for my profanity), that there were families "and young people present"... He apparently did not know I was with anyone, especially because when he pointed to the only 'young person' there he was pointing to my wife (who is 19). He also said customers were staring and gestured again to my family- who of course were watching. I shared that while my profanity was not appropriate, he did not know anything about my medical situation when he publicly confronted me, and that I had done nothing to threaten the safety of anyone nor would I. I also expressed I felt that the way he had and was handling the situation, after years of customer service experience, was inappropriate. He continued to defend himself and I politely told him that I no longer wished to continue the conversation. He agreed, followed me to my table, than said so all could see "Please leave the establishment". I left, called Wendy's customer service, and was profusely apologized to by the corporate office and informed the owner would be called. The associate said that only time in his life he had seen someone asked to leave a Wendy's was over a non-legitimate complaint where they had used a racial slur and continued to be aggressive after. For me, this is the first time in my entire life I have ever been asked to leave anywhere- ever. In my time at Publix I've seen customers use profanity, and managers seek to calm them and make things right. I will once again admit my language was uncalled for- but the managers handling of the situation, one in which their food might possibly be dangerous, was also uncalled for, especially when my response to him was non-confrontational and apologetic. read more

Food was good and made correctly, but that is the only positive. I think they only have one or two people working at a time. We spent, I kid you not, 30 plus minutes in the drive thru and we were the third car in line. What we thought would be a quick stop added 45 minutes to our trip. The employee who took our payment and gave us the food didn't apologize for the wait or thank us for our patience. It's sad because normally Wendy's is a go to for us on road trips because it is easy to eat while driving and the kids love their cheeseburgers. Will visit Wendy's again, but not this one. read more
