For salsas, I had two salsa verdes and one salsa roja. The salsa verde was classic and mild -- very fresh and flavorful, though I personally prefer it a bit spicier. The salsa roja delivered exactly what I was looking for with good heat and great flavor. I almost ordered tacos suaves, but I was really craving the mini tacos and I'm glad I went with them. Next time, I'll definitely try the tacos suaves. Everything tasted freshly made and not rushed, which made the experience even better. The restaurant is located inside the Flying J off Interstate 15 (Exit 112), and I was also impressed with how clean the Flying J itself was. They were delicious! We asked for red sauce, green sauce, paid a little extra for pico de gallo, and the nice lady working there gave me pickled jalapeños upon request. Many Mexican restaurants in Southern California, where we live, don't offer the relleno burrito, so that was a win. The whole experience was a win for us, so check them out!
