I stopped to grab sandwiches for myself and husband. On my husband the girl didn't cut it all the way by about 2 inches so I asked her to fix it. She tore it open and glared at me. She started getting very rude, I told her that was unnecessary. The person behind me also said something. There was another worker I asked if she was the manager she said " I'm doing my own thing and wouldn't be doing anything including she hadn't seen or heard anything. She was there almost the entire time. I've tried to find a 800 # to call but can't find one. When talking to the customer behind me we noticed the worker did the same to her. I will echo some of the other reviews here. The employee behind the counter was extremely slow to acknowledge us (we were the only people there!), and the look of ambivalence on his face said it all. It's a Subway, so the food and choices were as expected, nothing significant here. However, my wife and I both commented that this was the nicest and cleanest Subway we've ever been in...nice job to whoever is responsible for that! This subway location has horrible customer service skills and workers are lazy. Don't order online if you want your order correct. I ordered online for the first time because of the deals and half my ingredients were either missing or replaced and SHOULD NOT BE DONE UNANNOUNCED . I'm an UberEats driver, this evening I got an order from this subway location around 10:30pm so I drive to subway and the doors are locked and open sign is off at 10:39. The hours posted in the window indicates they close at 11, I don't see any workers inside and no one answers the phone. This issue is taking money from delivery drivers, I don't get money or gas back for driving here to pick up the order. When the business has the option of turning off orders, this is extremely upsetting. As someone who lives in the area I will not be coming back to this location. read more

The girl threw a fit and threw the meat down, refused to put lettuce or any of the toppings that go on the sandwiches that were ordered. We ended up with bread and meat and mayo and that's basically it. Asked for lettuce please and she refused... a club sub that ended up just being bread, meat and pickles...oh and to top it off the bread is stale and chewy. Ordered online and they didn't have the bread made that I'd ordered. Rather than call me, they waited for me to show up and ask which bread I would want as a substitute. Furthermore, the owner walked in and started messing up the front line by jumping in and flopping through already made sandwiches. Once my sandwiches were finally ready, without so much an apology for standing there for 15 minutes, I was told to pick out my chips. So I did. Then had to wait for my drink cup after they helped another customer. When I asked the owner which was the correct size her response was "the green one." I looked at her and replied "they're all green." Finally, she said "the paper one." Horrible service! I ordered at the drive thru a foot long sub after waiting a very long time. The lady dropped my straw which was distracting when I was handed my order. I got all the way home fighting traffic in the rain on a Friday with only half my sandwich. Went back and they made me buy the other half because the owner said I left... really? If it was my error I would completely understand but it was not. Mistakes happen but today they chose to give horrible service. They just lost a very loyal customer over $4.66. This particular Subway took an order via Uber and delivered the wrong sandwich. I ordered Ham and got Roast Beef. When I called and spoke with someone she said I could come back and get a replacement sandwich. I went in today and was told it was Uber's fault. I don't know how it could have been. The customer service at this site is very poor. It starts with not having a decent speaker at the drive up. I asked for a footlong sandwich on the freshest bread, the bread most recently out of the oven. The girl said 'all of our bread is fresh'. Not true. I've gotten sandwiches on very flakes dry bread here. I didn't care what kind of bread...just was asking for the most recently baked bread. I asked for a CUP of water. I clarified that I'd like a cup and not a bottle. I was given my order which included a small size cup of water. Then I looked at my bill and I was charged )2.49 for that cup of water! I told the girl that usually a cup of water was free. She said 'that size cup of water is $2.49!' I told her I usually could get a cup of water for free. She said that the water cup usually isn't big enough for customers, so she gave me a small soda cup of water and charged me the soda price, even though it was water. I told her I wanted a refund on the $2.49 cup of water. She was upset, but finally gave me a refund and a water-cup of water...but no lid, no straw. She was very rude. Tonight after a long day I went to this location to get a new chicken Cesar wrap. And was told they were out of wraps. Okay I understand it happens. But after I received my sandwich it was not the correct bread. And it had toppings on that I did not ask for. And it was still in one piece not even cut. Ive been there 4 times and not one time have i been satisfied with the costumer service. The girl that talks through the mic specifically. The sandwhiches are alright, they didnt shake the sauce before they put it on though so it dripped all over me. Made that mistake twice, im not a big food critic and ive never felt the need to write a negative review but ive never been unsatisfied with any subway before.
