They had a few tables to sit, eat, relax at. The market has an opening to the bar at Pairings. I didn't ask when I picked up my cookie and scone but I wonder if I could have had it warmed up...hmm a question for next time I'm back, I suppose! And FYI: those pastries?! Yes, so much yes. The ratio of cookie to chocolate chip is highly respectable. Dare I say 50/50?! Even slightly skewed for chocolate??!? And the scone. It was actually a scone. And done well. Have you ever bought a scone and it was really a muffin in disguise? Or some sort of a croissant in another life? Well, this was a scone. Legit scone. Not too dense, not too light. Crumbly without falling apart or being too flakey. Good flavor. Bravo, scone, bravo!

The entire place is situated on a large farm--you are literally steps away from the crops that made their way to your table. We opted for the regular-sized portions which were very generous, butter pecan for her and cashew caramel for me. The respective nuts had the perfect texture within the ice cream, soft but with a little crunch. There was plenty of seating throughout the store and right outside the doors. Many farm-themed tchotchkes were all over the space, too, which were all lovely. Staff was friendly and making sure the space looked its best. Bought milk from their cooler and a half-pound of their Aunt Josie's butter as we left (they brought the butter out from the back) and can't wait to try it! When I did get my food, the young lady apologized for the wait and as I tore into my bag, I couldn't help but chuckle at the size of my sandwich. I did order a mini, but I'm being generous if this sandwich was four fingers wide. It ate well and fortunately I got fries to fill me up. I'll never order a mini again and I hate paying $20 for lunch. Struggle was real!

You definitely get your money's worth here. Whether it's their crispy chicken tenders and fries or one of their amazing subs, everything tastes made to order and consistent every single time. The staff is always fast and friendly, and the whole process is smooth. When we've eaten inside, I've always loved the old school pizzeria vibes. It just feels comfortable and classic. I have been eating at the pizzeria almost every week for the last 5-6 yrs, it's a nice family…read moredinner night. We have also had several extended family gatherings with parties of more than 10 people. After my experience today, i will be looking for another restaurant for my weekly dinner. I checked the menu online because my wife and i wanted crab cakes, the 2 crab cake platter was listed in the menu for $53.99. When I called in to order my total came to almost $70. I asked why and was told that the price was $60.99. I explained that it was in the online menu for $53.99 and the only response I got was "we just changed prices and the website hasn't updated and that it is now $60.99. Naturally my response was along the lines of, "ok, but it's advertised online for $53.99". The only response I received from then on was that it's $60.99. I spoke with a manager on-site who repeated the same response. I was told that they would call the big boss and after a 10 minute hold what do you think I was told? If you guessed "it's $60.99". I was also told that the link for them, which is the 1st search result from google is not the website they use anymore and there was no way they would honor the price that they have on, not 1 but 2 online menus. At this point, I was done. I told them that they had lost a long time customer over $7, hung up, called Riverside Pub and Grill which is right around the corner and got better crab cakes. It's also worth noting that I paid roughly the same price for better food. No understanding, no flexibility, just an attitude that screamed, that's the price and if you don't want to pay then whatever. On principle I will never eat there again and I will be discussing their pricing and business practices with the BBB. I get that online pricing may take some time to update but if it doesn't update online live then that is the cost of doing business and you'll have to suck it up sometimes but to not even consider honoring a price that they have listed on 2 menus online is not the attitude a business that values its customers. Rest assured that I will be telling anyone who will listen about this terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant to eat at. Service: 1/5
