Amazing staff and great customer service! The location is clean and well stocked, and the food was fantastic.

Came here Sunday night at 9:40pm, and despite the Open sign being lit and the hours on the door and online clearly being marked as closing at 10pm, the employees working decided to lock the door so no one could get in. It seems like their lazy employees decided to close up shop early and wanted to leave without management ever finding out. I hope something is done about this. read more

I have ordered from this location several times and today is the last time I will ever order from this location. As I normally do, I submitted an online order via the Subway Android Application. Order was received and I received a notification saying it was ready for pickup. Headed to the store only to be told that they were out of the ingredients needed to make 2 of the sandwiches in my order. They gave me the option to get different sandwiches with what they have OR cancel the order. I told them to cancel the order and they then told me to contact Subway Corporate because they don't have the ability to cancel orders placed in the mobile app. I asked them how to do it and they pointed me to the "Contact Us" form on the Subway Help page. The staff present was clearly untrained in how to conduct cancellations or refunds AND, most importantly, untrained in how to manage the customer experience. They contact Trinity, the manager, and over speakerphone she told me the same thing....contact Subway Corporate. I pushed back because the online app was showing order ready and picked up. The last thing I wanted was to complete an online form only to wait for someone to get back to me. I decided I would not leave without the some sandwich (given the risk they say I picked the order up as reflected in the app) so I had them make different sandwiches than what I ordered and left immediately. I have never had such a ridiculous experience. "We can't make your sandwich as we don't have the ingredients and the truck is supposed to come tomorrow" "We don't know how to cancel your order" "We don't control the Subway mobile app" "You have to contact Subway Corporate for a refund" "This is what we tell all our customers when a refund or cancellation is needed" "I can't contact the owners because they are off work" "You have to leave the store as I have told you I can't help you with the cancellation" These are the statements and responses I faced. A very untrained, unprofessional and uncaring staff running the store with no access to the owners for escalated situations like this is what highlight this location as a poor location representing the Subway brand. I will be filing complaint with corporate as well and will try to locate the owners to provide this feedback....1) if you can take money from a customer, be able to refund the money. 2) invest the time and energy to train your staff to know what to do in your absence 3) don't EVER put your problem (lack of ingredients, lack of knowledge in how to cancel an order, no ability to refund even in cash) on the customer and make it their problem. I'm one customer and I have a voice and this will be the last time I spend any money with your location. I can think of much easier ways to have handle this for a better customer experience and, unfortunately, Trinity and the staff working at 6PM today, 3/21 didn't think of any of them. They just distanced themselves from the problem and pointed to Subway Corporate. I will do as instructed and will report my experience to Subway Corporate. read more

The food is always consistent and this particular Subway has the best staff. The employees and manager are always friendly. They truly make the difference. I actually drive past 2 other Subways just to eat at this one. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Everything is similar but the meatballs didn't taste good. I also ordered broccoli cheese soup which tasted bland. I also asked for crackers for my soup. It is good thing I tasted the crackers first before adding it to my soup. The crackers were stale. read more

I'm really torn ... we have been here 3 times. The first two times were before school picking up a field trip lunch for the kiddo. The two times in the morning the staff has always been really nice and helpful. Those two times I would have gone with a 3-4 stars, but after this last time I have had to drop a star because of how long it took & how disrespected my 7 year old was treated by one of their employees. The last time we went was after school time, and honestly they lost an adult meal due to the staff not paying attention to us, even when taking our order, and I don't know if we'd be back anytime beyond the mornings. There were at least 4 people working, one was some sort of manager who was on the phone, apparently a shipment went to the wrong store or something, so you could tell she was stressed out. She was walking thru various areas of the store having conversations on the phone trying to figure stuff out, which is understandably stressful ... just I don't know if that conversation needs to be had thru out the dining area. Most of the staff members seem to be focused on talking with each other & trying to figure out what the manager is doing. We get the first staff member to take our order, the one who you tell what bread, meat & cheese you want ... and that is where I notice a complete lack of respect for the fact that a manager is even in the building starts by this particular employee. He was already goofing of & joking with his fellow employees, which I am cool with ... Yet Right as he asks what we want some of his friends walk in the door. My daughter has to repeat her order 8 times because he asks, looks at his friends, talks to them, looks back like we still hadn't said anything. It took almost 10 mins for my daughter just to get the bread & turkey for her sandwich. She had to yell for him to finally hear him & she knows better than to yell at anyone. Then he looked at me like "what does your child want" ... In my brain I wanted to say if you paid attention to your customer instead of the girl want to mess around with for longer than 5 seconds you would know. She's 7 with the vocabulary of an 11 year old. She has said I would like a kids turkey sandwich on white bread 7 times already you were not paying attention. He didn't even ask if I wanted anything because his friends have made it to the counter & they sit and talk for another 5-10 mins before they start to order anything. So needless to say this 35 week pregnant woman who had skipped her lunch was really annoyed. If my daughter hadn't wanted subway so bad we would have walked out at this point, but she's 7 & I wasn't in the mood to fight or complain with her if she wasn't the one who was doing anything wrong. So my daughters sandwich gets started, and the veggie prepper starts to help. At first he was talking to the female co-worker figuring out what was happening with the manager ... OK I get it you guys are distracted but come on... but once he gets a response from his co-worker he gets back on his a-game & does his job takes the rest of her order. Though he did have a few moments of not being able to hear her over the first employee & his friends are talking over her but at least she gets her veggies. The female employee takes out of our check out and is awesome. I really wish that she had taken care of us the whole time but I think she had been prepping some other stuff instead of sitting around talking. I think she noticed how we had been treated & was appreciative that we were not complaining cause the manager was there & already annoyed with her still continuing phone calls figuring out their shipment. So she recommended the best way to order her kids meal to be the cheapest way possible so she would still get chips & a cookie. As well other subways wouldn't let her get a soda/tea cup without an up charge, she went ahead & let my daughter get a cup so she could have a sprite. Anyway, We might go back during a different shift time to avoid the possibility of having to wait on the teenagers being more focused on talking with their friends coming in after school ... but it won't be for awhile. read more

I eat lunch here nearly every day, because it is close to my office. I've eaten at about 10 different Subways and this one is above average. Fairly speedy and almost always busy--which is always a good thing. Check the specials, and ask always if there are any specials not listed. Lots of early morning specials if you can sneak in before 10a. read more

If I could give zero stars I WOULD THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. This boy named Justus was sooooo rude to us we came in and said we needed a few minutes as we looked over the menu, and he looked at us like we were stupid saying "um do you want bread???" There was no PPL IN LINE AT ALL!!! Then we were like we said we needed time and he threw his hands up like we were such an inconvenience to him. So then we look and he just pulls out his phone and is on it right in front of us! Also to add he wasn't even wearing the uniform!! He had on a T-shirt and no hat... and then the rest of the time every time we asked for something he threw his hands up like "what else do you want ???" And then he was telling his other coworker right in front of us "I deal with enough sh*t in college o don't need this" this was just a terrible experience and we will never go back to this place, really makes me not want to ever go to subway again. read more
