Arriving- These fine folks are just off US Route 27 South, so they are easy peasy to find. They have a drive-thru, very nice curb-side delivery and a decent parking lot for dining in. Handicap parking is great. The App- I planned on curb-side delivery but like most virgins, I was a little nervous! I didn't want them to know it was my first time! The app was just fine and allowed me to figure out my choices. I entered the color, make, and model of my car and told the app to make it happen. Ambience- I can't speak to the inside, but the ambience of the parking lot is just great! The signage and lane markings are spot on. Customer Service- I waited in my car for about 4 minutes and a very nice young lady delivered my food. Four minutes is nothing, so I was quite pleased. Food- I went with the Double Deluxe ButterBurger, and a medium Onion Rings at about $13. I brought it home and plated it and you can see my picture. So far, my virginal experience was just great! So, I had my first Culver's orgasm with the ButterBurger! Great bun and build. Juicy tasty meat and fresh toppings. An overall great burger. My neighbors were complaining about my moans of ecstasy! The onion rings were a little bit of a miss. You can see from my pic that some were overcooked. The manager should know better than to let those go out. They get a bit of a pass as it's their Grand Opening. The rings that were cooked properly were amazing! Conclusion- A solid experience especially for a Grand opening! I'm going 4 stars for now, but I expect they'll do better once they work out the kinks. It'll be tougher to please me now that I'm no longer a virgin!

I ordered shrimp dinner basket with fries and cheese curds. The service took over 30 min which I thought took too long especially since I was the only one there. The shrimp and fries were fresh but the cheese curds were not so great they were cold. I've had fresh cheese curds before at Culver's and they taste delicious but this time I couldn't even eat these. For that I get my groceries delivered for free which is a big deal as I'm temporarily disabled. There are lots of other benefits and BK is one. The BK benefit is two-fold. The 1st part is 1 free Whopper every 3 months. That won't get me dancing in the streets, but the 2nd is 25% off on everything, once every day. That is a great deal! Other than the W+ deal, this is your standard BK. Over many visits I've found the promotional/specials to be hit or miss so I stick to the standards. Ambience- On my rare, inside visits, it's standard and clean with a couple of assessable outlets for your electronics. Customer Service- I was drive-thru and it was seamless with the app. Food- This visit I took advantage of the free Whopper and paired it with a Medium Have-sies so my grand total for lunch was $3.54! Everything was hot and absolutely acceptable! Conclusion- The economy is tough right now, especially in Florida. Every little bit helps. They got three stars!

Over the years I've visited many other locations and for good or bad I'm a Checkers expert! Arriving- Immediately off US Route 27 South and drive-thru and walk-up only! No inside seating. At this Checkers there is one drive-thru for App users and one for everybody else. In the App user's lane, you receive your order through the passenger window which I find slightly annoying. However, the other benefits of the app make up for it. Ambience- The only thing to discuss is the outside seating. A few sizable tables with big umbrellas to keep off the hot Florida sun. The App- The app is solid and well-designed but most importantly, it has great deals. I almost always get some kind of discount. Customer Service- Unless you live under a rock, you know they are drive-thru and walk-up only. I've found the service to be fast, especially in the App-user lane. I've never had a mistake with my order, so the folks are competent. The employees are not usually super friendly, but they are polite and efficient and I'm good with that! Food- Burgers, Chicken and their famous Seasoned Fries in a myriad of combinations. They also do occasional specials like a Cheesesteak which was not bad! On this visit I had their Big Buford which is their take on a Dbl Qtr with Cheese. I added a Seasoned Fries and no drink as I was bringing it home.
