This subway on Shaffer is the worst!!!! We ordered two sandwiches online that cost us $30. How hard is it to read instructions? Should be pretty easy, right, NOT!!!!! BOTH sandwiches mind you BOTH sandwiches were made incorrectly, half of my ingredients were on my husband's sandwich and half of his were on mine, we couldn't even trade sandwiches due to the F&$@ up lack of caring for people who keep them employed. One other thing, this subway is opted out of any discounts or coupons!!!! read more

First, i would give this place a zero if i could. The young lady is highly disrespectful and rude. This place is disgraceful!! No military discounts but ALL the other subways except them. Also, look at the reviews!!! I gave them a chance and should of took my money elsewhere. Hope the city shuts them down for other crawling things i seen. The main disappointing factor was the nasty attitude and long black hair in my sandwich. I called to ask for another sandwich and they said no. If I could rate a 0 I would rude customer service. When I tried to enter I was asked to wait as they mopped the floor understanding I waited for it to be dry. Once it was I walk in and was yelled at to leave and wait as the floor was wet. I responded that the floor was dry and were just entering. Since I was yelled at " can you not wait like I asked we just mopped" at this point I left very disappointed will not come back. read more

I walked in at 10:55 am to order a breakfast sandwich. The employee behind counter was pleasant and asked which breakfast sandwich I wanted. The manager, Jas, walked out of the office and loudly stated, "It's 11 am. We're not serving breakfast anymore!" I told her it wouldn't have killed to let her employee finish making my breakfast sandwich. They lost a sale today. read more

Very rude! Sloppy sandwiches didn't put hardly anything on them just the basics when we ordered specific sandwiches! The chicken tasted old! My bread was old! And the lettuce was old! So upset it was a waste of money only reason I went here was because sourdough and co was closed. Never ever going to this subway again! I get it they're kids and they don't care about the job but we are paying customers! Only one employee making sandwiches and there was 5 people in line and the other employee was slicing meat completely ignoring that he might have needed help . My son ordered food on the Subway app for this location. The order was to be picked up at ~3:15pm. When I went inside to pick up my son's order, my wife decided that she also wanted to get a sub, and I mentioned to the employee that the order they were making is probably for my son, and then employee responded back telling me that I had seen the name, and that I was trying to steal the sandwich. She then demanded an order number which I didn't have, and I couldn't get ahold of my son to get the number. I was finally able to get the order number, and even after telling her the number she still insisted that I had seen the name. At which point I was furious, and told her she lost a lifelong customer, and her response: "I don't care." read more

It is clean and safe! Masks are worn by workers. I ordered a grilled chicken on a spinach wrap with pepper jack cheese, all veggies, avocado and chipotle sauce on the side. Everything looked fresh and tasty! I checked out and the worker was kind and wished me a good day! Appreciated! Delicious fresh chicken wrap! Good service and food! Recommended! read more

My daughter went to this subway and ordered me an Italian sub. When my daughter got home she left me the sub on the counter and she left. I came in from outside, grabbed my sandwich and sat down only to discover that when I unwrapped my sub it didn't have meat or cheese in it. I called the subway location and talked to the owners and the girl that made order, I asked if they remembered my daughter with the order. The employee remembered her,I explained to the owners that they made a mistake and they talked to me like I was lying. These owners don't care about their customers, they think they're above making simple mistakes and treating their customers like they don't need our money. I spoke to the elderly female owner that I would write a review about how I was treated and she informed me that she didn't care and that I could say whatever I wanted. Such a horrible human being and lousy business practices. I wouldn't of given this review not one star but I had to give something, they don't even deserve a star. read more

The service here is absolutely horrible. I came into the store and some of the staff were sitting on the floor behind the counter. I had to wait 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. They are very stingy with their sauces and vegetables. They were really rude when I asked about mail in coupons. They have accepted them before but now they don't. My reasons for 2 stars: 1. Either doesn't participate in nationwide promotions, or they create their crappier version of nationwide promos. 2. One time they didn't have enough meatballs so they tried adding a ton of sauce instead, and I ended up with a soggy, sloppy mess, gulping on sauce. 3. Most of the time, the subs are well made, for that they get 2 stars. read more

I had 2 coupons one for 2 foot long sandwiches and another for a free cookie with ANY purchase. I told them to toast my sandwiches which they didn't do, they just stuck them in the oven apparently or the oven is broken, and they labeled them wrong as well. When I tried using my coupons they told me I couldn't combine the 2 so I said ok. I asked if I could purchase 2 cookies separately so I'd be able to use the coupon for the free cookie and they said no that I needed to make a purchase, but I WAS making another purchase of another cookie. The coupon clearly read I could make ANY purchase and that I could use it. Nowhere on the coupon did it read that it couldn't be another cookie. A younger gentleman was helping me but there was an older Mexican lady that was very rude. From the moment she heard I had a coupon she had an attitude. She does not belong anywhere in customer service. If I could give this place less stars I definitely would. I would rather drive farther to another place to get food than to go there. They don't smile; they're not very welcoming. The Mexican lady that works here is rude, and talks about her breaks and about other employees in front of customers; and when a child spilled her drink, the lady mumbled insults under her breath and didn't clean it up until it was tracked all over the store. The Indian guy was talking to friends while he was working on my order, which made him take twice as long to make my sandwich. POOR customer service! Never again! read more

I give it a 3.5 rating only because the lady there never seems welcoming every time I have gone in. She talks to you kind of rudely and seems like she hates her job. Otherwise she does a good job on the sandwiches and gives u exactly what u want. Good place for a sandwich :) read more

These are the absolute worse Subway sandwiches I have eaten in any Subway. I eat at Subways all over the US but this place was bad.
