Walked in at 9:18pm. You could see the 2 ladies working there eye roll that I walked in 12 mins before closing. I asked if it was too late and one lady said "no, we HAVE to serve you". So rude! I turned around and left. Maybe post your closing time at 9:18 instead of 9:30. read more

App never works anymore for ordering pickup. Used to be the only way I'd order. Drive thru pick up window is ignored. Always out of stuff. Hours say one thing but you can never count on them actually being open on time or not closed an hour before they're supposed to close. I've always loved this location but it's gotten terrible over the last 2yrs or so. Not worth trying anymore. Very sad. read more

went this afternoon for lunch, got two sandwiches both footlongs one on white one on multigrain. The bread was not done on either after getting home. I noticed the multigrain bread was doughy as they pulled it apart and just thought it was me at first then as they tried to put it together it was clear the bread was not done. I asked if they could try it again by just replacing the bread, it was a good effort by the kid but the second loaf was not done Either. I asked who the manager was he said softly "her", she was standing beside him the whole time never speaking! I asked her if she was the manager ..not ONE word, then said "this bread is not done"...still NOTHING!!! I got so frustrated I said " you got nothing?" which she did, not, have, anything to say....not one word! if you are a "manager" and you refuse to even acknowledge an issue/ item that could have easily been addressed...like maybe the oven temp, or a simple small effort to correct you need to be FIRED! I have never had a "manager" refuse to utter a single word when having a customer complain directly to them...ever! read more

This subway seems to have rude customer service. As we came in the restaurant to order some sandwiches they had a rush which is understandable. But what we saw was a small white girl with glasses brown hair in a pony tail working at Saturday April 1 at around 3:10 working the line and trying her best. Beside her was a tall African American man with dreads in a ponytail style working and we already knew he didn't want to be there. He will slowly fill the line and do one sandwich at a time(slowly) while his partner( the girl) was struggling with the customers orders seemly overwhelmed with a lot of the tasks which she was placed on. While the guy was giving bad vibes and not caring. When it was our turn to ordered he ask what bread we want and what size, we took a quick second to answered his question but he rudely asked what bread size in a awful matter. After we answered he probably didn't hear us and asked again even more rudely and with a disgusted face looking at us like we are ruining his day. That's when my girlfriend and I wasn't having that disrespect and told him that we are leaving. I was also furious with the disrespect so as we are leaving we said that we are not taking it and he ignored us, continuously repeating the word,"Next" louder and louder while looking at the other customers. I was furious especially after he talked like that to us while the little girl beside him was working and trying her best(looking overwhelmed with a bunch of work). As someone who worked in the food industry this was so disrespectful and no patience was shown that guy shown no respect to anyone not even his own team members. I truly feel sorry for the girl in the ponytail with glasses because she seemed like a good worker and looked like she was doing everything and kept her cool with multiple tasks all over her she deserves better. read more

It would help if the staff listened to what you order. Turkey & provolone on wheat toasted, got that part. But when asked what I wanted on it 2 of the items were mustard & mayo. She put the mustard on it, a lot. then paused, looked up, and grabbed the mustard bottle again and doused it again with even more. Then put the mayo on it realizing her mistake. Almost inedible. Severely inconsistent depending on who you get making your food. The new "double meat" wrap is either ACTUALLY double meat or barely enough meat to fill their little tray. They need better training or better employees. Other subways are far more consistent. Go elsewhere if you can read more

The food is just like any other Subway. The restaurant is clean and well staffed. And speaking of staff, they're GREAT!! They hustle to get your food prepared and are super efficient.
