Sunday the 1st of February at 5:00 p.m. I had taken my granddaughters to Burger King as a treat for helping me clean my house today we went thru the drive thru and placed our order the nice lady took our money and handed one of my grandbabies her drink then out came the manager an African American lady telling me they couldn't take our order because the register was closed but the other lady had already taken our order and my money so my grandbaby had to give her coke back to me all the signs were there that this manager was prejudice against me an elderly white lady with my bi-racial grandchild, How can you work in a public atmosphere and have these views I don't think these are the views of Burger King no way but this manager there needs to be retrained. read more

Went to get breakfast, ordered French toast sticks for my daughter. Didn't realize what they felt and looked like till we got home. They were hard as rocks and clearly have been laying around all morning. Asked for no cheese on my egg and ham croissant instead got no egg, just ham and cheese. read more

They just gave a lady raw chicken on her sandwich, and a few weeks ago they gave me iced coffee with spoiled milk.. The health department really needs to look into this place. read more

So I'm passing through the area and pull in for the night. I'm already in a tight spot with my 18 wheeler. It's after 9pm so the lobby is closed. I do what all truckers have done since COVID, I walked up to order. I did not crowd out the window. I respect the fact that it could be dangerous for the employees however, I'm a 50 year old grandmother and had my grandson with me. I couldn't possibly look like a threat.... We were denied service without a car. I really thought we were past this now. I can't drive an 18 wheeler through your drive through window. It's not gonna fit! Come on ppl give truckers a break! I see no difference in opening your window to a car vs a person honestly. Once it's open it's open. Anyway not trucker friendly after 9! Can't say anything about the food since I wasn't given that opportunity. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 Ham/Egg/Ch Crois and 1 Sau/Egg/Ch Crois and ended up with only 2 Ham and 2 Sausage. Did not realize the mistake until we returned home. This is not the first time the drive thru has messed up my order. I think a little QA is in order, here. With the price of gas nowdays, it is not even worth the gas to drive back to get the order correct.
