I have been to this Mcdonald's hundreds of times over a span of years, and it only progressively gets worse as time goes on. Let me first tell you that the drive through experience is incredibly different than the in person experience. I would give this place -100 stars for an inside experience, but for the drive through, I give it a solid 3 stars. It isn't TERRIBLE, but that's being generous. I've had food missing a handful of times, but it has not been enough to be noteworthy. This biggest issue is the staff, and I really only feel disrespected when I come inside. Through the drive through, the workers are typically nice, but if you come inside, they will take forever to take your order or the will force you to ring up your own order on the kiosks they have in most Mcdonald's store, which is so lazy. I went in there once, and an older woman was trying to ask the employee who is standing at the register mind you, to take her order because she was having trouble with the kiosk, and the employee refused to help her. They are extremely slow and forgetful when you come inside as well. They need to simply close the lobby, since they obviously can't handle a cafe area and drive through. They are also incredibly stingy with sauces- which really make me lose respect for a business. If i'm paying money for a meal, can't I at least get a couple of sauces? What is this prison?! read more

They can't get nothing right and there mean and idiodts butts fart people the cheeseburger I got wasn't right

curbside 7:21 a.m. 7:29 went inside to get my order no one brought it out. Order sitting there waiting for the energy drink to be made. 7:34 i took food to car and said i'll be back for the drink. No one was making the drink. Finally 7:39 they handed me my energy drink. No team work! read more

I had a complaint on the apps for a month have sent countless emails and called corporate and they keep sending me to this location to get it resolved you know how they resolved it the high up manager got on the phone and lecturerd me for calling her employee who packed the order stupid and incompetent which are the right words to talk about this location. Yeah let's resolve something by calling someone and lecture them and say we dont want you you are banned oh that scares me. And go ahead and take down this post ill just keep posting it. This is the number of the woman who called me and lecturered me call her for complaints +19018379526 read more

I ordered McDelivery , my order was completely wrong, and i was missing items i had paid for. So on top of that i then had to go to the store after paying delivery fees, upon arrival as i spoke to a manager the the employee who apparently had packed and prepared the original order is in the back, screaming profanities and how that I must have done something with the food like I have McDonald's, prepared eggs, and bacon laying around my house and I would mess up $30 worth of food that I just purchased just to be doing something mind you I didn't ask for a refund I didn't ask for any money. I just said I paid delivery and I'm having to come up here and half of my food is missing and order is wrong as I'm being belittled and cursed by this employee in the back she didn't come near me. Upon arriving home i discarded the food due to not trusting it to not be tampered with. $30 and a morning finally off from work wasted. I am done with this McDonald's for good, I'll drive to Millington or Ripley if i really have a craving. Sad because it is literally 5 minutes from my house. read more

we did curbside pick up and we waited like 20 minutes and then eventually we went inside and they said it was already done and it was in the takeout spot. Why was it in the takeout spot if we did curbside and all that and why did the tracker still say it was almost done when it was done for like 7 minutes. won't do curbside again read more

If I could give the Atoka McDonald's a 0, I would. I have been going there for years. I usually stop in at least 3 mornings a week. Since Chic Fil A opened, I have seen there business and their service drop off. This morning I pulled in the drive thru at 10:43. The drive thru was backed up with about 8 cars (which is not normal here). I literally waited until 11:00 (one car moved in 17 minutes) before pulling out and going around where I went to the first window. When I asked if they said they were still serving breakfast, they said no. I told the lady I had been in the drive thru for 17 minutes she said "sorry we are short staffed". The correct response should have been come on in an I will make your order since you have been waiting for 17 minutes. They will be out of business shortly because we can go next door now. That's where I will be spending my money from now on. read more

It's a very hit or miss with this McDonald's. They sometimes do an outstanding job with the food and service, other times they do not. It's not a horrible McDonald's in my experience though. They have really good freshly brewed sweet tea. And most of the time, their fries are fresh. read more

I live by this McDonald and even though it has its problems I still love it here. The chicken nuggets at this specific location is amazing. I love the food here. The service is 50/50 but most of them are really nice and great to be around. Definitely recommend. read more

This McDonald's has been here for decades and USED to be a great spot to eat! But now the staff are consistently very rude and while the food is usually good when you finally get it (after a long wait, usually), it may not all be there! Went last night, they didn't speak at all at the window when we pulled up, looked upset to even be dealing with us. We checked out bag at the window, they forgot our fries, no biggie, so we politely let them know and the girl at the window very rudely demanded our receipt (even though she literally just handed us the food) and when they saw they *had* made a mistake, just wordlessly closed the window and we could see the manager rolling her eyes and acting like we were causing problems as she told her. They've been very rude to my mother on several prior occasions as well, for no clear or warranted reason! We always treat them with basic respect so it's baffling why they act the way they do to random customers. We will no longer be coming to this location, it's not worth dealing with the awful attitude of the staff to *maybe* get your order. read more

Man how hard is this.... I get that it's McDonald's. It is literally the largest fast food chain in the world. This place messes up every time. Missed a sandwich and had to go back. Burgers under cooked. Service super rude. Forgot apples and fries for happy meal. Drink wasn't full and when I asked to fill it the woman told me the machine filled it not her.... What is that? Fill the drink. She wouldn't. It crazy when you use places like this as a last resort and you are met with this type of service. Rude and incompetent people here on multiple trips. Don't go here. I've never been inside but from what service I have received I'm surprised they are in business. Ambiance is trash. Honestly the way the person spoke to me in the drive through just asking to fill a drink was uncalled for. Please don't give this place business and maybe a Checkers, Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, Chipotle, or Panera bread moves in. Total trash. read more

Horrible customer service. Went in to get food and was rudely told lobby was closed...5pm in afternoon. Workers sitting around doing nothing. Needs yo shut down if that's how they operate read more

Staff has an extremely poor attitude. They'd rather stand around than actually interact with anybody. They cannot even get a simple order correct. Today I orders a 20 piece nugget with buffalo sauce and got bbq. I waited in line for 10 minutes in the drive thru while the other lane was helped. I went inside and waited almost another 10 minutes before somebody came up front. She plopped my bag on the counter and went to walk off. When I politely asked "who do I need to speak with about having to wait in the drive thru" she blew me off. I said "how come every time I come here I have issues". She looked at me and said "well don't come back then". This is the general mantra of this location. From my observations it's terrible leadership that results in crappy performance. Today wasn't even busy, 3-4 customers inside and maybe 3-5 cars in the drive thru. read more

we waited for over 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, fries, 20 nuggets, and a drink. When we finally got our food the fries were cold and were told we would receive our drink in a little. we waited...and waited...asked for our drink again..andddd waited some more. do better. read more

Black sticky substance in my breakfast burrito. This place is tampering with customers' food. DO NOT eat here.

Wow! We waited in the drive through forever! (Stopped to get ice cream cones for our dogs...had to wait couldn't disappoint my doggins). Truly the most ridiculous wait time I have ever experienced! read more

Had just finished my over night shift a 5 am and wanted to suprise my beautiful girlfriend and my son with some McDonald's breakfast during these very trying times. To my absolute horror I pull at 5:30 I get to the order both to tell the fine gentlemen/women my mobile order code and 5 mins goes by , then 10 , then 20. okay maybe they aren't ready yet? Okay so I drove off to fill up my car with gas and I'll Come back. 15 mins later I pull back in 5 mins go by then 10 then 15 , still nothing. I then cancel my order and pull out the booth and to my dismay I see the worker leaning on the counter at the window. My breakfast trips to McDonald's are now over and so is my life. my son girlfriend and I will be eating cheezits for breakfast! Thanks Ronald! read more

Floors were slippery from being mopped with old greasy mop water. The temperature in the play place was 90 degrees. It took us nearly 25 minutes to get our food that we ordered on the kiosk. The staff was hyper focused on the drive through and payed little attention to the line at the front counter. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed and is definitely being mismanaged. read more

ordered breakfast BEFORE lunch, girl told me to pull up to the line so i did and then processed to sit for 40 minutes so i went in and told them ive waited for 40 minutes for my food that i ordered during breakfast time NOT lunch and get told i need to get a refund on the app. read more

We had a terrible experience at McDonalds tonight. We went for the Halloween buckets. All signs advertising them and that they had them, but of course... they were out. Fine. We ordered two Happy Meals, chocolate milk and apple slices with both. We were told they were out of chocolate milk. Ok, fine, we'll take bottled waters. Next, they were out of apple slices. Fine. Just give us whatever. They were rude the whole time. No one apologized whatsoever for being out of everything. TERRIBLE SERVICE. read more

not sure why the service is so poor at the McDonalds in Munford Tn. The staff is very rude and has no concept of customer service. The service matches the customer service- it took 45 minutes from ordering our food til we received it- totally unsat. Forced to use kiosks because they refuse to man the front counter. I suggest Mananagenent refresh themselves with ADA requirements since not all people are able to use kiosks. Facility was filthy. If this was due to manning levels it may have been best to closed indoor lobby and just offered drive thru. Not likely to return to this McDonalds read more

They just don't care lol like no fucks at all. Smells like weed in the line. They smoke behind the trash can.

For some reason they ALWAYS don't have ice cream before they close. Like I get it, I don't want to make a lot or clean it. But do your job. I want my damn ice cream. Im no fat a$$ but I want the fuc&in@ ice cream. Im mad. read more

Nearly every morning, I get breakfast for my employees from here. Today there were about four cars ahead of me. Each car was asked to park in one of the waiting spots. No surprise, but my order of Egg McMuffin combo and two sausage biscuits (all standard stuff, you would think), but nope, was asked to pull into a spot and wait. I did get my iced coffee, but that was the wrong one. After TWENTY minutes of waiting, while watching car after car get through the drive through I backed up and pulled up to the window. The manager comes rushing to the window to tell me I need to wait in the spot. I tell her no. I'm going to stay at the window and hold up everyone like they are holding me up. They gave me a refund instead. It's a shame but most employees are very nice, but management is incompetent. I called corporate. This is a disgrace of mcdonalds and they have lost my business. All the reviews say the same. I can only hope they go out of business because from every review the owner only cares about greed with no care about their customers. Shameful. read more

37 minutes for fast food? Stuck in the drive thru with no way to escape. No orders were taken, and the line didn't move for 20 of those minutes. Then another 17 minutes after I paid to receive food. Felt like they were making people wait so they wouldn't have to serve breakfast anymore. read more

Stayed in line for 30 minutes only one vehicle in front of me. Others showed up in the other lane and 3 went before I did the guy just kept saying hold on one second. Got tired of waiting and drove up to the first window and asked why he kept getting the other lane. He replied you never would say anything to me and was extremely rude. Long story short they are awful and wouldn't go there again. Used to be good before they make you wait to order to keep their times down. read more

I can understand why this is a 1.5 star restaurant - McDonald's lady handling food and drinks is not wearing her mask. Everyone else are either not wearing mask or not wearing properly (under their chin). I understand there are some relaxation when it comes to mask wearing, however, mask shouldn't be relaxed when handling food. Covid didn't disappear it's still out there and food handling guidelines should be more strict because workers are handling customer's food. read more

If you want to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes and still get the wrong food, this is the place to be. This is like the 5 time this year, and every time I have had the wrong food. Super simple orders and they still ask you what you ordered. This place is the worst! Pay your money for cold sandwiches, cheese isn't melted and the sodas were prestaged (watered down). This location is the filthiest restaurant I've ever been in. To make it worse, I counted 11 employees working, but I can assure you none of them were assigned cleaning the dining room or anywhere else. They were all just screwing around as the "management" looked on without a care. It's very clear the owners of this place have no concern with the daily operation of this restaurant, or maybe they simply don't care. It takes all of 5 seconds to realize you should have gone somewhere else upon walking in. Thankfully, I've done that for the last time here. Definitely time for some corporate oversight! read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but when I do, they have earned it. Their food is mediocre, and your order is never, I will repeat, never correct. No milkshakes as the machine is perpetually broken. The only reason that they stay in business is their location and kids meals. If it weren't for the convenient location, it would have already closed. read more
