I have been to this Mcdonald's hundreds of times over a span of years, and it only progressively gets worse as time goes on. Let me first tell you that the drive through experience is incredibly different than the in person experience. I would give this place -100 stars for an inside experience, but for the drive through, I give it a solid 3 stars. It isn't TERRIBLE, but that's being generous. I've had food missing a handful of times, but it has not been enough to be noteworthy. This biggest issue is the staff, and I really only feel disrespected when I come inside. Through the drive through, the workers are typically nice, but if you come inside, they will take forever to take your order or the will force you to ring up your own order on the kiosks they have in most Mcdonald's store, which is so lazy. I went in there once, and an older woman was trying to ask the employee who is standing at the register mind you, to take her order because she was having trouble with the kiosk, and the employee refused to help her. They are extremely slow and forgetful when you come inside as well. They need to simply close the lobby, since they obviously can't handle a cafe area and drive through. They are also incredibly stingy with sauces- which really make me lose respect for a business. If i'm paying money for a meal, can't I at least get a couple of sauces? If I could give the Atoka McDonald's a 0, I would. I have been going there for years. I usually stop in at least 3 mornings a week. Since Chic Fil A opened, I have seen there business and their service drop off. This morning I pulled in the drive thru at 10:43. The drive thru was backed up with about 8 cars (which is not normal here). I literally waited until 11:00 (one car moved in 17 minutes) before pulling out and going around where I went to the first window. When I asked if they said they were still serving breakfast, they said no. I told the lady I had been in the drive thru for 17 minutes she said "sorry we are short staffed". The correct response should have been come on in an I will make your order since you have been waiting for 17 minutes. They will be out of business shortly because we can go next door now. That's where I will be spending my money from now on. read more

we did curbside pick up and we waited like 20 minutes and then eventually we went inside and they said it was already done and it was in the takeout spot. Why was it in the takeout spot if we did curbside and all that and why did the tracker still say it was almost done when it was done for like 7 minutes. won't do curbside again read more

It's a very hit or miss with this McDonald's. They sometimes do an outstanding job with the food and service, other times they do not. It's not a horrible McDonald's in my experience though. They have really good freshly brewed sweet tea. And most of the time, their fries are fresh. read more

I live by this McDonald and even though it has its problems I still love it here. The chicken nuggets at this specific location is amazing. I love the food here. The service is 50/50 but most of them are really nice and great to be around. Definitely recommend. read more

This McDonald's has been here for decades and USED to be a great spot to eat! But now the staff are consistently very rude and while the food is usually good when you finally get it (after a long wait, usually), it may not all be there! Went last night, they didn't speak at all at the window when we pulled up, looked upset to even be dealing with us. We checked out bag at the window, they forgot our fries, no biggie, so we politely let them know and the girl at the window very rudely demanded our receipt (even though she literally just handed us the food) and when they saw they *had* made a mistake, just wordlessly closed the window and we could see the manager rolling her eyes and acting like we were causing problems as she told her. They've been very rude to my mother on several prior occasions as well, for no clear or warranted reason! We always treat them with basic respect so it's baffling why they act the way they do to random customers. We will no longer be coming to this location, it's not worth dealing with the awful attitude of the staff to *maybe* get your order. read more

Staff has an extremely poor attitude. They'd rather stand around than actually interact with anybody. They cannot even get a simple order correct. Today I orders a 20 piece nugget with buffalo sauce and got bbq. I waited in line for 10 minutes in the drive thru while the other lane was helped. I went inside and waited almost another 10 minutes before somebody came up front. She plopped my bag on the counter and went to walk off. When I politely asked "who do I need to speak with about having to wait in the drive thru" she blew me off. I said "how come every time I come here I have issues". She looked at me and said "well don't come back then". This is the general mantra of this location. From my observations it's terrible leadership that results in crappy performance. Man how hard is this.... I get that it's McDonald's. It is literally the largest fast food chain in the world. This place messes up every time. Missed a sandwich and had to go back. Burgers under cooked. Service super rude. Forgot apples and fries for happy meal. Drink wasn't full and when I asked to fill it the woman told me the machine filled it not her.... What is that? Fill the drink. She wouldn't. It crazy when you use places like this as a last resort and you are met with this type of service. Rude and incompetent people here on multiple trips. Don't go here. Had just finished my over night shift a 5 am and wanted to suprise my beautiful girlfriend and my son with some McDonald's breakfast during these very trying times. To my absolute horror I pull at 5:30 I get to the order both to tell the fine gentlemen/women my mobile order code and 5 mins goes by , then 10 , then 20. okay maybe they aren't ready yet? Okay so I drove off to fill up my car with gas and I'll Come back. 15 mins later I pull back in 5 mins go by then 10 then 15 , still nothing. Floors were slippery from being mopped with old greasy mop water. The temperature in the play place was 90 degrees. It took us nearly 25 minutes to get our food that we ordered on the kiosk. We had a terrible experience at McDonalds tonight. We went for the Halloween buckets. All signs advertising them and that they had them, but of course... they were out. Fine. We ordered two Happy Meals, chocolate milk and apple slices with both. We were told they were out of chocolate milk. Ok, fine, we'll take bottled waters. Next, they were out of apple slices. Fine. not sure why the service is so poor at the McDonalds in Munford Tn. The staff is very rude and has no concept of customer service. The service matches the customer service- it took 45 minutes from ordering our food til we received it- totally unsat. Forced to use kiosks because they refuse to man the front counter. I suggest Mananagenent refresh themselves with ADA requirements since not all people are able to use kiosks. Facility was filthy. Nearly every morning, I get breakfast for my employees from here. Today there were about four cars ahead of me. Each car was asked to park in one of the waiting spots. No surprise, but my order of Egg McMuffin combo and two sausage biscuits (all standard stuff, you would think), but nope, was asked to pull into a spot and wait. I did get my iced coffee, but that was the wrong one. After TWENTY minutes of waiting, while watching car after car get through the drive through I backed up and pulled up to the window. The manager comes rushing to the window to tell me I need to wait in the spot. I tell her no. I'm going to stay at the window and hold up everyone like they are holding me up. They gave me a refund instead. It's a shame but most employees are very nice, but management is incompetent. I called corporate. This is a disgrace of mcdonalds and they have lost my business. All the reviews say the same. I can only hope they go out of business because from every review the owner only cares about greed with no care about their customers. Shameful. read more

I can understand why this is a 1.5 star restaurant - McDonald's lady handling food and drinks is not wearing her mask. Everyone else are either not wearing mask or not wearing properly (under their chin). I understand there are some relaxation when it comes to mask wearing, however, mask shouldn't be relaxed when handling food. Covid didn't disappear it's still out there and food handling guidelines should be more strict because workers are handling customer's food. read more

This location is the filthiest restaurant I've ever been in. To make it worse, I counted 11 employees working, but I can assure you none of them were assigned cleaning the dining room or anywhere else. They were all just screwing around as the "management" looked on without a care. I hate giving bad reviews, but when I do, they have earned it. Their food is mediocre, and your order is never, I will repeat, never correct. No milkshakes as the machine is perpetually broken.
